In "short"...
1. Delivered "substitutes" that cost half the price of what I ordered. (No refund for price difference)
2. Missed multiple items out of my order with no refund, communication etc.
3. Emailed them to sort this and they can't be bothered to get back to me or my partner as the same thing happened to him.
4. Sent me an email to leave them a review after all of this, I don't know whether this company is serious or just stupid.
