“I would like to have given 5 stars however, one item wasn't what I ordered, I ordered the smorsels but received cookies and cream cookie dough bites instead, luckily I love them too, the other thing was my jolly rancher sout gummies were burst, but this could have been in transit. All in all though I am very happy with my order and will be very likely to order again in the future”

“Poor service. I paid £5.99 delivery and I ordered before 3 pm on a weekday [Wednesday] fully expecting a next day delivery. The gift for my poorly nephew eventually arrived on the Saturday. Emailed to ask where I went wrong as I was prepared to accept this may have been my error. Nothing. Chased via email asking for an update. Nothing. It’s bad enough that within 2 days of an eye test my nephew was having neurosurgery to remove a medulloblastoma without having a gift specially ordered to “cheer him up” take a lot longer than expected to arrive then to find that the entire order couldn’t be fulfilled and to be ignored by the vendor when querying. I would not use this company again so whilst my nephew is having his 6 week course of Proton Beam Therapy down in Manchester, I’ll definitely be buying treats elsewhere.”
