“I have wrote numerous times about items I received that were inedible, it was a Xmas present and had to go in trash iv sent pics but had no reply to numerous emails , I would like my money back or replacement good .”

“Haven't received my package. Made an order on on 17th Feb and there is no sign of my package till this day, even though I paid for faster delivery service. I am really patient and waited couple of weeks with the review, but this is a joke”

“Ordered something in December, it never arrived. I have emailed twice to request a refund but I have received no response. This place should be avoided at all costs and I will be taking this further and reporting them, as it is unacceptable.”

“Awful company, literally just steal money. Ordered on 27th Jan - as of 2 March my order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed “customer services” twice once in early Feb annd one ant the end of Feb and had no reply at all. Literal thieves.”

“So it would have got a full 5 star because the products were fab bought them for my sons birthday he loved them we received a email to say one product wasn't in stock witch was fine then when we received our order we were missing a item so I sent them a email they got back to me said would I like refund or item sent I said refund is fine still waiting and have sent a few emails asking what's going on and just being ignored witch is disappointing the item was 7.99 and my order was 59 so I spent a bit and to be treated like this is not very customer friendly witch is a shame because this is the only thing that let them down”

“Pricey postage, sent wrong items in order and missing items. No contact from customer services when contacted. Avoid- plenty of other retailers around with better service. Items had short date of 2 days, no packing note or quality checking prior to dispatch.”

“Ordered my bits on Wednesday around 3pm. And paid extra for next day delivery. So expected the item on Friday as poss missed the cut off for Thursday delivery. Items didn't arrive till Wednesday week later. Emailed American candy but got no reply, then got an email asking for feedback, so here you go. Shame product great just lack.of communication and delivery was terrible.”

“Had some of my order cancelled and incorrectly refunded less then it should have been. Had not replied to my email stating I had two missing items and had 7 items sent wrong {email same day received parcel}. No contact whatsoever from customer services via email. Quick delivery was the best part of service everything else has been quite poor.”
