“Items took a bit longer to arrive than when I was told, however this was over a busy holiday period so it’s to be expected. All items were great and exactly what I’d ordered, I will be buying from this company again.”

“Not great - delivery took over a week to arrive, some products were out of stock despite being able to order. Also on arrival, all products had short "Best Before" dates and two boxes of Poptarts were less than two weeks.”

“Good range of products. Had two issues with my delivery, a product missing which I got a refund for due to lack of stock however this was not communicated to me until I complained. I also received the wrong version of a product and even now a month later that has not been resolved. It’s a week in between communications.”

“Slow delivery (had it way later than what I paid for), and there was no communication at all. I emailed a few times for an update with no response. Pretty gutted as what I ordered was a gift, and I missed giving it her on her birthday. It arrived eventually…. But not in perfect condition like I was expecting… as it was very pricey for what it was… pretty gutted overall and probably wouldn’t use again.”

“I had a horrible experience. 1. Order took more than 21 days to arrive. 2. Order arrived missing half of the items. 3. Contacted the company several times with no timely nor proper response. The whole experience felt like I was scammed. Although order was place on 20/12/2022, I still to receive the rest of the order or a refund!”

“Item took about 3 weeks to come, asked for a refund. Ignored me emails and sent it to me anyways, when I said I didn’t want it anymore. Then lied and said it was lost.. but sent it that morning. Have emailed again and they have ignored me. Wouldn’t recommend”

“It was difficult to get the correct items so I had to substitute. It also took over a month to get here and was supposed to be a birthday present but came late regardless of paying for fast delivery and ordering two weeks in advance.”

“Ordered 22nd of December. Took a month to arrive. Even trying to contact them I had no reply. I opened my box to find 4x items missing. I have emailed a few times advising them and that I want a refund for the missing items. But I have been ignored over and over again. Definitely won't be buying again.”

“I have wrote several emails to you and have not yet received a reply! I am trying to chase up missing items that I have been charged for, but to no avail. This order was a present and with FOUR of the items missing I had to replace them elsewhere! I am very unhappy and need to have this rectified asap!!”
