“Ordered a 900g bag of fruit loops and was sent a 400g box. I emailed and and got no response, I emailed through the website form a few days later and got a response asking for a photo, I sent a picture immediately and never received a response. I have emailed at least four times since then and nobody has got back to me, I can't find a number for them and this will ruin a Christmas present. Worst customer service ever!”

“Bad customer service, they don’t reply to your emails. Sent me 2 wrong items trying to chase them up. Also they don’t make it clear of the best before dates, ordered a pack of snowballs which had a date of 2021 but didn’t have the best before date on it apparently they were frozen and have a use by date of 6 months but said nothing about that when ordering or on packaging. Won’t be ordering from this joke of a company again. Avoid”

“Paid for next day delivery and the order wasn’t despatched until 3 days later. The item was eventually delivered a week after I had made the purchase. I requested a refund for the postage fee and I am yet to receive a response.”

“very slow, still waiting for delivery 10 days later. When i check on the website it still says you are processing the order and will dispatch shortly, and at the same time telling me all orders are dispatched in 1-2 days. ABSOLUTE JOKE!!”
