“Poor communication from start to finish. They only respond to you only if you leave negative feedback publicly. Theyll blatantly ignore emails. I wouldn't use this company again if it was the last one on earth.”

“VERY UNHAPPY COSTUMER DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I initially ordered Hersheys Kisses 150g x6 but recieved Christmas Santa Kisses. I have also emailed x3 times due to late delivery as it states 1-2 days but I recieved my order after 2 weeks!!!!”

“Don’t buy from here….. they will take the money but only send part of your order, you try contacting them for refund but refuse to give you one. This has been an ongoing issue since Dec 2022.”

“Do not pay for next day delivery, as they won’t send it. Placed an order on 19 December 2022 and it was sent on 7 January 2023, 19 days later. An item was also missing from my parcel. AmericanCandyCo didn't reply to any of my emails and only responded when PayPal were involved. Even then, took them ages to respond each time. PayPal would not refund me, as they said AmericanCandyCo provided a receipt it was sent next day. This is not true, as my dispatch email was for 7 January, not 19 December as it should have been. Paperwork was probably faked! Probably best not to order from them at all!!!!!”

“Ordered selection of items, delayed delivery ( post strike ! ) not their fault. When received item's missing & substituted items without any explanation. Tried several times to contact by email with limited response so can't really recommend. Issue still unresolved.”

“5 stars for the products, 1 star for communication and customer service. I placed an order on 14 November and paid extra for overnight delivery. That was pointless. On 15 November, I got confirmation that APC overnight had been contacted. On 17 November, I called and wrote customer service to ask when I might expect delivery, as it'd been 2-3 days per their delivery FAQ, and I got back an automated note saying I'd get a reply in 1-2 days. I got no reply. I departed on a plane for World Cup on 19 November and still nothing. There were no strikes, there were no storms, there were no holidays. On 21 November, finally got a package and had to ask a neighbor to keep it for a month 'til I came back. It was also missing items, and I did not get a refund. I'd think twice about ordering again and certainly won't pay extra for anything.”

“First of all the crisps came with dust on them, all the packets had been wrinkled as if they had been sitting there for a long time, some of the food tastes expired and it took a really long time to come, I had ordered from them in the a couple times past but they did not have this problem, I will definitely not be ordering again. Disgusting.”

“I placed my order on the 9th of December expecting it to arrive in time for Christmas. I expected some delays given I live in the Republic of Ireland, but I figured things would be worked out by that point. It took them until the 14th of December to claim they shipped my package, and 6 days later, on the 20th the package is still nowhere to be seen. They've provided no tracking number whatsoever despite claiming they would within a day of postage and they have yet to respond to any of my emails. For some perspective, an hour before I placed that order, I also made an order from Displate. Displate despite needing to ship from Poland to Ireland managed to complete my order 3 days after American Candy Co claimed to ship my order”

“The customer service is a bit slow, and good luck getting your tracking information to work. They do have a nice selection of products though! Just hope you get them. I wasn’t able to select a faster shipping at check out either. Unsure if that is because of the holidays, or because I didn’t order enough stuff.”

“Terrible service. Advised it took 1-3 days to dispatch but items still weren't dispatched 13 days later. Contacted several times and they never responded at all. I still haven't recieved my items and they have just been given to royal mail today (14th day) with 48 hour delivery so I've no hope of getting before Christmas with the strikes. If they had dispatched as promised I would have recieved my items in time! Useless!”

“It was meant to be next day delivery and 5 days later I don’t even have a tracking number. Emailed them and they sent me this generic email that my order is on it way still no tracking number!”
