Terrible service. Advised it took 1-3 days to dispatch but items still weren't dispatched 13 days later. Contacted several times and they never responded at all. I still haven't recieved my items and they have just been given to royal mail today (14th day) with 48 hour delivery so I've no hope of getting before Christmas with the strikes. If they had dispatched as promised I would have recieved my items in time! Useless!
