“I'd love to leave a review saying how happy my nephew was with his birthday present, but unfortunately the items still haven't arrived despite opting for next day delivery.. 4 days ago. Today was his birthday and I didn't have his present. This isn't a fault of American Candy Co. more so the courier. I do think they should look into using a different courier service in the future.”

“I placed this order for next day delivery almost a week ago now. I ordered it on Thursday after 3pm so didn’t expect it until Saturday. There were no updates online by Saturday. On Sunday I sent an email asking when my order would be dispatched. I was responded to extremely quickly - I was informed that my parcel had been dispatched and the issue was with the courier. I was offered a refund for the extra shipping I had paid. Following this there still continued to be no shipping updates on the website. I emailed multiple times with no response this time. I also attempted to call however I was either cut off or couldn’t get through. Last night I finally received an email to say my order had been dispatched. There is a tracking number but I am still unable to track at this time. I would not use this company again. Communication is shocking, clearly they can’t provide next day delivery either. I have not received a refund for the postage charge either. To avoid disappointment I would recommend using a different company. UPDATE - two weeks and still nothing! Royal Mail still haven’t received my parcel. American candy co - said my parcel must have been lost and that they will resend but that haven’t. Requested a full refund which they have ignored.”

“What a conpany from the get go!! Confirmation email and thats it, no shippong details, no dispatch email. Waited 2 weeks for it to turn up, emailed twice to support and dm'd on instagram. My parcel finally appeared and had items missing and items opened inside, emailed another 3 times asking for the missing and open items to be refunded but again no reply! Shambles of a company, worse customer service ever,you'd think in this current climate they'd do a good job and want returning customers, the actions they've taken say otherwise! Shocking from beginning to end!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!!”

“I made an order from American Candy Co. I had to chase them due to the fact it stated 2 working days for my order to be dispatched, of course, this time had been and gone, I was then told it was packed and ready to be sent out the following morning, the day then passed and I had received no email once again to confirm it had been shipped when I finally got the email to say my order has been shipped and to track, I then click on the link and once again it states my order has NOT been shipped. Not sure what is going on or where my order actually is but I am not happy!”

“I order American products quite regularly and these guys are by far the best I've come across. They have a big variety of products and the price point is competitive. I also like that they have an actual phone number you can call compared to others who just have email. Will definitely order again.”

“Do not order from this company. I’ve been waiting about 3 weeks now for an order which was supposed to have 3-5 business days to arrive. I’ve paid £120 for this order and have not received a response from any of the 3 emails I’ve sent in this time! Yet they were quick to respond to my originally asking if Christmas mystery boxes would be back in stock! Stay clear of this company.”

“Ordered on the 25th of October. Received no delivery updates or anything. Wrote to support on two separate occasions and received no response both times. It is now the 12th of November and I still have not received my order. You really charge 13 pounds for delivery of phantom packages? Never ordering from here again. Order number is #19842. It is now the 10th of december and still no sign of the package”
