“Everything was great! Ample information was given about shipping and tracking. Everything arrived without damage and the order was completely correct. Nothing to complain about. Will probably order from here again!”

“A little hit and miss. Started off with superb customer service but my order wasn’t complete and 1 item was faulty and I have heard nothing since. Was also told they’d honour my 10 percent discount as I forgot to put the code in ( was a £190 order ) but nothing has been done. Items good”

“I requested and paid extra for next day delivery. I ordered at 10am on the Friday, it arrived on Wednesday the following week. There were no bank holidays. Pretty terrible, in fact awful as this is the same delivery time as standard”

“Over 7 days and no update on my order. Sent an email for an update 2 days ago and nothing.... 2nd time I've had issues now, although the first issue was a Royal Mail issue.”

“You have a customer support email which I’ve sent multiple emails to and you’ve never replied. You claimed my order was sent, but the tracking never updated and still says being prepared so I get the feeling this isn’t going to be sent. Poor experience and I would avoid anyone using this company. Should be investigated, if you have no intention of sending orders then don’t take peoples money and rip them off!”

“I was impressed with the customer care department as i have a query with a possible scam email regarding the delivery of my parcel. I received a prompt answer which did confirm my fears. The delivery itself by royal mail arrived with no problems. Will definitely order items from American Candy Co. again.”

“Terrible experience. Order was placed on 18/12/21 with overnight delivery paid for. The order has not arrived and all my emails to find out any info and updates have been ignored. I appreciate it's been the festive holidays and there are logistical issues but it's been more than two weeks since I placed the order. All the promises on the website about Christmas delivery were just nonsense. Ignoring your customers who have been desperately trying to contact you (3 emails and an instagram message all ignored!) is simply not on.”
