I placed this order for next day delivery almost a week ago now. I ordered it on Thursday after 3pm so didn’t expect it until Saturday. There were no updates online by Saturday. On Sunday I sent an email asking when my order would be dispatched. I was responded to extremely quickly - I was informed that my parcel had been dispatched and the issue was with the courier. I was offered a refund for the extra shipping I had paid. Following this there still continued to be no shipping updates on the website. I emailed multiple times with no response this time. I also attempted to call however I was either cut off or couldn’t get through. Last night I finally received an email to say my order had been dispatched. There is a tracking number but I am still unable to track at this time. I would not use this company again. Communication is shocking, clearly they can’t provide next day delivery either. I have not received a refund for the postage charge either. To avoid disappointment I would recommend using a different company.
UPDATE - two weeks and still nothing! Royal Mail still haven’t received my parcel. American candy co - said my parcel must have been lost and that they will resend but that haven’t. Requested a full refund which they have ignored.
