Sorry the refurbished phone i received was not that great it did not function like it should. i had it a little over 3 months i sent the phone back with a request for a refund or a credit but was told no my phone was ok and working just use caution they might say the phone works great but truth they do not. Dont forget there 3 month return policy. I feel ripped off for the phone does not work like they say.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Website! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a laptop from this website, and when it arrived, the screen was damaged. I had to send it back and wait an entire week for a replacement. When the new one finally arrived, the touch bar was flashing like a strobe light, making it unusable. Now, I’ve had to send that one back too and wait yet another week for a full refund. The whole process has been a nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this website!

I recently purchased an Apple Watch from Loop via BackMarket, advertised in “excellent” condition with a 12-month warranty. Upon receipt, I noticed a minor scratch on the side, which I accepted. However, the battery performance was subpar, lasting only 6-8 hours on a full charge, which I deemed unacceptable. I promptly reported the issue and returned the watch, ensuring it was securely bubble-wrapped in its original packaging. However, the company later claimed the device was returned with a significant crack on the screen, which was not present when I sent it. I strongly suspect this damage occurred after it left my possession, potentially as a means to invalidate the warranty and avoid repair, replacement, or refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the company has refused to take responsibility. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Loop or BackMarket. Customers should be cautious when dealing with this company, as their handling of warranty claims and returns raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. I will be escalating this matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels, including Trading Standards and a potential chargeback claim through my payment provider.

I thought this would be a great idea, but it’s not…. 1. Backmarket sent me a faulty iPhone. 2. They didn’t believe me, so it took weeks for them to even accept that it was their fault. 3. Backmarket then took weeks to get it back to me, and in the process told me they have probably lost the phone in the post 4. really, they just marked it as sent when they’d forgotten to post it 5. The phone finally returns after this case being open for 2 months 6. The new screen is a bad quality, fake, cheap screen 7. They refuse to refund me because the phone is now out of warranty, due to them taking too long to fix it. Don’t trust them. Avoid

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the condition of my phone upon its return after complaint. I sent in my phone for repair with the expectation that it would be returned in the same condition I sent it—free from any further damage. However, I have received the phone back with noticeable damage that was not present when I sent it. I have always taken great care of my device, keeping it protected in a leather case that fully covered the phone from the start. Therefore, it is particularly upsetting to see that the phone was returned to me with damage that I did not cause. I also have a report from the phone store outlining the issue with the cracking display from normal use, which was the primary reason for the complaint. However, this new damage is completely unrelated to the issue I initially reported, and I feel this situation needs to be addressed.

After two previous purchases without problem, my third and most recent experience has been awful. I ordered a refurbished iPhone that was delivered to the wrong address. I understand this was not the fault of BackMarket and the fault was with the courier, however the way BackMarket handled the issue was appalling. For over a week, every reply to my emails said the same thing "we opening an investigation", and the delay in between responses made the issue even more frustrating. Furthermore, every response seemed to be a copy-and-paste script, and no one seemed to want to take the time to help. After 7 days of this, I opened a case with PayPal, which BackMarket then told me I'd have to close to receive a refund. However, once you close a PayPal case it cannot be reopened and I had no faith in actually seeing either the phone or my money back so I was not willing to do this as it seemed very suspicious. 8 days after the misdelivery, BackMarket informed me they had refunded but they had not (they even sent an automated refund email). PayPal confirmed to me twice that no refund had been made. I finally received my refund today, two weeks after my phone was misdelivered, and after so much hassle and chasing it has put me off returning as a customer. I believe the refund has been refunded only because I escalated the issue with PayPal who intervened. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal who actually responded in a timely fashion, proactively and personally.

My credit card was used for a purchase on Back-market . If there was a phone number I could have got a postal address and stopped the money going through . if there is no phone number,,, don’t use them

Purchased two newer refurbished MacBook Pro’s in “excellent” condition. One had to be returned immediately it was so bad. The second started running slow soon after I got it. I didn’t recognize there was an internal issue until later and then didn’t receive the pc back from Apple’s diagnosis until just after the warranty expired. Basically the ram memory was messed up bad. They refused to make it right, even though the issue arose and I had diagnostic files to show it happened within the time of the warranty. This is a corrupt refurbishment issue. Please don’t waste your money.

Back market is an amazing place to buy phones and tablets and I will tell you the reasons why. 1. Quick delivery 2.Gives exactly what you asked for(condition, colour, type) 3. Insurance provide all repairs I ordered a fair tablet with an attached keyboard. The keyboard was poor and the tablet got hot quickly. I paid for insurance before so I requested to repair. I sent it off. The customer care was amazing with letting me know what was happening during the delivery. They sent it back straight away. The tablet is fixed and a new keyboard was restored. I appreciate how they were attentive to detail and valued communication. 4. Honest and quick service This is why I recommend backmarket Even if a worse condition is bought, insurance covers it ! Thank you backmarket for providing electronic at an affordable price with good quality !!

I have pictures to prove what I'm about to say. $116 offer for Pixel 6 down graded to $105 (which I don't have yet). They show a picture with a scratched screen, it was not there when shipped. If it were really scratched wouldn't they downgrade more than $11. Anyway I accepted because I figured they will send it back with a scratch if I refused the offer. I wonder how many people actually get the full offer. I'm still waiting for the money to land in my bank.

My girlfriend brought a phone for myself for Christmas. It arrived in time so all good ..however when I tried to used it for banking apps it was jailbreaked so it could not be used . So we sent it back and asked for a refund .since then back market have been obstructive ,evasive and quite frankly a bitter experience to deal with . We are still waiting for the refund even although they do have the article in question back .so as it stands we have no phone or the cash . I highly recommend you DO NOT buy anything for them

I sent an iPhone 8 Plus for a $55 payout and they are trying to say that the phone is fake, the Apple symbol is a sticker and there are no electronics inside!!! What?! My daughter just upgraded from that phone lol. I’ve been totally scammed .

They devliered a phone which had the bootloader unlocked thus had a screen saying it was not secure. I tried to fix it myself but was having some issues. I returned the phone and they provided a refund but said could not repair or replace the item. Thus a month later I still did not have a phone... waste of time.

TERRIBLE their “get help “ button is blocked on all my orders and they’ve robbed me of over €600 euro NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM! They have gone BACKWARDS so much !! Robbers and thieves in my opinion!!
