The flowers were a birthday gift to my Mum who keeps asking me where they came from as they are so lovely (I think she would like more from the same florist). She told me they were hand delivered by a very nice lady. The flowers were top quality and beautifully arranged and presented. So nice to support a local company too.

The flowers for my Wife's birthday on the 4th Oct,you delivered them on the evening of the 5th Oct, simply not good enough.

Delivery did not bear any resemblance to order in that there were probably 30% of flowers compared to photo. Company responded quickly with apology and refund.

Excellent company, very easy to use. The exact flowers is ordered weren’t available so they called me the next morning to let me know the alternatives, all I had to do was reply to the original order email saying that was fine. Minimal effort, no fuss, would definitely recommend.

I am sorry I have to write this but I purchased a lovely bunch of flowers from the picture on the website for my sister in law for her birthday and was VERY disappointed in them as there was more greenery than there were flowers. It was supposed to be orange colours but instead it was green. I did get in touch with them and they offered a 50% voucher for the next time or 40% refund which I took the latter as to be honest it has put me off using them again. Sorry guys ☹️ But you can see what I mean by the pictures.

Simple visit to yourwebsite picked an arrangement,gave bank details, job done. Recipient phoned saying the flowers were beautiful.

Ordered flowers for the wife from the kids, asked for delivery between 12-1 as she is a teacher, they rang next day to say they couldn't guarantee that time slot, i said fine, anytime is fine. Nothing delivered, no record of the phone call, now 2 weeks later no refund and a very irate wife.
