No customer service at all (they do not respond). The only thing I have received is a link to Canada Post to track my shipment...without the actual tracking number!

I've tried to contact them twice about a faulty product I purchased directly from them, and have received no response. I'm very irritated because I contacted them a mere few days after delivery and again after no response within a little over a week, so soon it'll be outside the 30 day return range.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.... THE MILK FROTHER BROKEN AFTER 1 MONTH, TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT NEVER ANY REPLIES........ BODUM IS A SCAM, IT SUCKS

Customer service stinks!!! They won’t even answer a simple question about how their product works. They don’t honor their warranty when their product is defective even with photos sent to them to prove it. They’re crooks!!

Very bad customer service. I order a french press and it is defective. I contacted support to find out how to exchange or return. It has been 1 month and I have yet to receive a response. They are not available to contact by phone. Will not purchase from this company again.

Very bad and unreliable company. Coffee machine returned. I have been waiting for my money for over 3 months now. Customer service is not available by phone and by e-mail very late response and then a lot is promised, but nothing is arranged. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BODUM.

I ordered a coffee grinder and while it arrived quickly, it arrived defective. I emailed Bodum to request a replacement or refund, but haven't heard back from them (it's been 2+ months). I would recommend steering clear of this company.

I need to return a glass beaker for my french press that I got by mistake (I accidentally ordered one without a spout on it, when I needed one with a spout). However, Bodum has made it impossible to return this item. On their website, they say that you need to contact their support email to get a RA#, but they will not respond to an email. I have emailed 4 times and it has almost been one month (and their return policy is only valid for 30 days). I have tried calling, but they do not service their phones and there is no way to get an RA# on their website. They have made it exceedingly difficult to return any item.

My coffee grinder stopped working in December after 2 months of use. I have sent videos of the broken grinder and follow up emails but still no resolution!

Bough the bistro electric coffee grinder. Broke within a few weeks. Write an email to customer service. They replied asking for videos. No news since. Do not purchase!

Bought a coffee press which arrived correctly and in good time. However, I had a couple of questions and contacted customer service on 31st December 2021. After about 2 weeks and several reminders I received a reply asking for more info (that wasn't really needed). I replied with the info and to date despite reminders have not had a reply. So, a month after my first message and I am still none the wiser. Will never buy from Bodum again and would certainly not recommend them, ever.

I am amazed that I can write a positive review. But feel it’s only fair to do so. Although my experienced begins like many of the negative ones I feel I need to write and tell everyone it needed time. I gave up waiting and decided I lost money. And when I did that, the parcel not only showed up,,but was in perfect condition. And was what I wanted. I kind of want to order a large size glass set. Maybe I will. Maybe I won’t.

Bodum's Bistro is inappropriately advertised as both a coffee and "espresso" bean grinder. It does not process a satisfactory grind for espresso. The grinds are not fine enough. As a result the water pours through the coffee to quickly. Meaning you won't get a silky creamy espresso shot. I am not satisfied with this product and want to return it. I've written its customer service team, but to no avail. I'll keep following up with Bodum with the objective of getting this problem resolved.

I have contacted Bodum repeatedly and sent a video as asked showing how their burr grinder does not work. Bought in November and has never worked. They will not get back to me and it has been a few weeks. Terrible customer service. I always thought they were a good company that cared about their reputation, products and customers.

Received a coffee grinder as a xmas gift. Decided to use it for the 1st time on Dec. 27th. Very slow at grinding the beans then motor started cutting out. Machine broke after 1st use. I cannot reach their customer service as their numbers are non existent. Tried to send them an email a week ago to start the return process and I am still waiting to hear back. They offer a 30 day return for any "unused" items. By the time I hear back (if I hear back) the 30 days will have expired. Return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee are on the customer. They say they offer a one year warranty. What does that even mean when the item has to be in unused condition for a refund or replacement? Very unhappy with this product and with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality kitchen products or professional customer service.

Awful awful experience trying to return items. Bodum don’t offer any free returns and the returns info is BURIED in a long winded T&Cs section on their site. Why not just make it clear and easy? Snarky replies back from customer services over email when I said I couldn’t find the returns info. Finally went to return the item at the post office - £13.40 cheapest option due to size and weight of the package. The original order incl P&P was only £20! Plus have seen other reviews saying they dock 10% for a restocking fee. Will not be returning and instead will try to resell or regift. Don’t order from them

A company without a conscience. If I had seen the large number of negative reviews about Bodum.com’s Customer Support before I ordered my Travel Coffee Press over a month ago, I never would have done business with them. I already had one, which I liked, but I wanted another one for camping. I ordered it from Bodum.com because they had the best deal online. A week later my package arrived but I was sent a plastic Ice Coffee maker by mistake. Their customer service phone number is only there for show, so I had to explain the order mixup in an email to their Customer Support Team. Two days later I received a form letter asking me to send a picture of the item I was sent and my complete address. The only time I ever had to send a picture of an item was when it arrived broken and I was asking for a refund. So I sent several pictures and my address…that was 27 days ago. Since then I have not received the item I ordered nor have I heard from Bodum’s support team. Yesterday I called my credit card company (their phone worked) so as not to be charged for the purchase. If Bodum.com cared about the service their customers got, they would not accept such incompetence from their Customer Support Team. You can do better Bodum!

Please read all of the negative reviews. I wish I had. Bodum offers horrible, incompetent service. Recently, I ordered an item from them, which never arrived. I opened a ticket with the mail carrier, and I contacted Bodum for a full refund. They never replied, so I am filing a complaint with the local consumer protection. Furthermore, I am contesting the purchase with my credit card company. There is absolutely no customer service number to call either. What a sham of a company! They are total charlatans.

Horrible customer service. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return a $25 item and plus they deduct a 10% restocking fee. I’ve been using Bodum products for 20 years but they just lost a customer. I emailed them multiple times asking to them to cover my return shipping and they never responded back to me. Just pitiful!
