“Excellent service, I've purchased ladder with 8 threads, unfortunately it wasn't available. The lady from the office reached my via email to give me a few options, I accepted the offer to get 6 thread ladder the received partial refund and literally the next day I've got my ladder. Excellent service!”

“On the plus side the ladder arrived within a couple of days. On the minus side it had been rolling around in the back of the delivery vehicle so it was in a right state. On the plus side I reported this on Monday and a new ladder arrived Tuesday.”

“Thanks to Charlie DIY on Youtube for suggesting this ladder. I was looking for a fair price and service, and found Browns. Im a DIYer, so was looking for help and advice and I got that for Browns. The ladder was delivered on time and in A1 condition. Very happy with the ladder, safe, sturdy, good safety features and exactly what I wanted. Its a lifetime purchase for me, but if I was going to buy another one I would go to Browns !”
