“I ordered 2 tins of brick seal and when they arrived both tins were bashed and dented quite bad, making it hard to open and pour, I took pictures straight away and sent them to Build and Plumb and they simply said sorry to hear that it won't affect the product.”

“I ordered very attractive white pebbles for the garden. Ordering was straightforward, the product was as described, and the delivery was prompt, indeed earlier than suggested. But the tracking number provided was of no use because there was no link to the carrier. Clicking on the number did nothing. I never knew who the carrier was!”
