“Keylite loft ladder was in perfect condition and no issues, works perfectly as intended. However, when coming to fit the ladder the key was missing - which is integral to fitting the ladder. When contacting B&P they replied they don't actually state it comes with a key... But you need to key to literally install the loft ladder... Basically they can't be bothered to rectify the issue. Contacted Keylite directly and they stated the ladder should of been supplied with the key. Company quick to get the money but when there's an issue with the product, they'll come up with a clever little answer to worm out of it.”

“Best price online I could find for Ronseal Ultimate Decking Oil, including delivery charge. Despatched promptly and delivered the next day (I didn't pay extra for next day delivery so must have just been lucky!) Can't ask for more!”
