“No returns slip in order, have to print off a template myself from the website, fill it in, then re package parcel with slip inside. A lot of faf to return wellies that don't fit properly. Probably wouldn't order any form of clothing from here again.”

“Delivery was meant to come on the Tuesday but was delayed which would’ve been fine if I was notified. It was then meant to come between 10,53 & 12.53 after I received a text confirming this, it was delayed again which would be fine if I was notified. It did eventually arrive that day a few hours later than expected. Product seems good but I haven’t tried to fit it yet but communication of delivery service was poor.”

“Order date: 3rd September. Order dispatched: 4th September. Estimated delivery date: 8th September. DX tracking says: received order details, expecting parcel shortly. Expected date 4th September. Today's date: 10th September. DX tracking information has not changed. My parcel has not yet been delivered. I have no option but to give a poor rating, though I feel that should be directed to DX. “Was easier than I thought. I brought the new buckboots that are out size 9 online. Quick and simple. Comfortable at the moment but only worn them 5 times at the moment. I would recommend and probably buy other items from them when I need them.”

“Found these guys online and they saved my day. Everywhere local to me had sold out of recessed manhole covers. The prices are brilliant and up to half the price of my local merchants, fast delivery and such a bargain. I'll definitely be using in the future for my business.”
