“Fantastic experience, ordered some black kartell radiator valves, arrived quickly, 2 were damaged so I emailed the company- Phil was super helpful , responsive and quick to send out replacements, definitely will be buying some more items from this company. Amazing customer service.”

“Product was great but took 3 weeks to arrive (from Poland apparently) I emailed a number of times to ask where it was and got no reply so eventually I rang them and they told me there had been a delay which is fair enough but just keep people informed instead of ignoring emails.”

“Posted quickly and nearly half the price of other outlets Item is quite light and flexible so will adhere to uneven brickwork if needed for flood protection I would say some mastic would be needed around the frame . Fine for draught proofing in Winter and for general covering up.”
