“Goods ordered after working hours with free normal delivery requested. Early next morning I was informed goods had been despatched and arrived a day earlier than specified. For me that's great service.”

“Friendly and good customer service let down by appalling delivery service from DX. DX failed twice to deliver and the original order had to be sent back. New order delivered by Royal Mail arrived as promised. Now just awaiting the refund for the original order.”

“Great price, great communication and quick delivery. Would recommend changing the delivery company though, outer box had 'fragile parcel' tape all over it but it was badly damaged, so bad the 2 boxes with the boots and wellies in were damaged too! Thankfully the boots and wellies weren't damaged.”
