“Used for a second time within a couple of weeks and was good to see it was excellent service. Equally as good as the first time. Both orders being placed on line and outside of normal working hours. So they were picked up promptly as both deliveries were within 48 hours. Also items at a good price with fair delivery charges. Many thanks.”

“A terrible company who who’ve taken my money and yet I’ve not received the order! If it’s not rectified very soon then I will be claiming through my bank and doing online reviews via Trustpilot and Google Reviews and every other review site possible and making a YouTube video! The way they’ve not dealt with their failure or their delivery company’s failure has been disgusting! I will be adding to or reviews how this is a scam company and they will lose thousands!! I’ve had several high orders before and this is how they treat a regular customer who would have been making many high and more regular orders in the future!”

This Customer was notified Several Times what time the 2 Large Parcels were due to be Delivered, and was also notified both parcels had been delivered and was Home all Day. This Customer Has Left Other Reviews for other Companies Regarding Parcels going missing from his doorstep. The Customer Has never Called Once But Sends Several Threatening Emails They have since left multiple negative reviews, which is their right, But feel free to browse through them yourself we’re proud of our Rating over Two Review Platforms, We stand by the quality & integrity of our customer service. We have contacted you via email to explain the next day delivery and how the system works, the order was placed after 12pm on Friday the 3rd this will have been stated at checkout the next day for delivery will be Tuesday the 7th as our working days are Monday to Friday, we pride ourselves on making sure all our orders are delivered in the correct time frame which this was. “Got the product I wanted at a compeitive price with lead time as ecpected. The courier delivered outside their predicted delivery slot so I waited in for no reason and it arrived when I had popped out.”

“I ordered about 4 pm on Monday 29/09/25 with a Delivery charge of £4.99 underneath a statement to pay £5.00 for next day delivery i thought Great. the next morning when i read yuor email it stated delivery Wednesday 01/10/25 that is not next day. I had to cancelled the person who was going to do the job for me, then i receive an email from your Courier Service it was delivering between 11.30-13.30 on 01/10/25 so asked the person who was doing the job all OK. I then received an email that they could not get an answer from me on delivery when i was in ALL DAY. I then started to get on to DXEXPRESS having to pay Premium phone costs who after looking into what has happened says it was scanned onto another van and could not get it until 02/10/25 and this did not arrived until 4pm. I am very annoyed about your £5.00 extra charge when it says NEXT DAY and also DXEXPRESS who delivers for your Company . I have no apologies from them and will be in contact them. We have spoken to the customer via email and arranged a refund for the next day delivery charge and explained how our system works, apologies for the delay with the courier this is out of our control and will look into making sure all deliveries are treated as equal. Regards BuildandPlumb
