“Sold me an item that isn't even in stock and a week later I'm still waiting for them to receive the item from their own suppliers. The payment was taken from my account as soon as the transaction was made. . If I wasn't sending emails and chasing this up then I'd never know what was happening. The communication has been poor I feel and I'd think twice about using them again. In Reply to build and plumbs comment I'd say that at no point was i offered a refund. Yes the delivery fee was refunded, yes you explained that your supplier had sent the wrong item and YOU said that it would be sent out 2 days later. Guess what. It wasn't. Apologies if my comment implied that i wasn't happy about the delivery time but i notice you weren't so slow taking the payment for it. You also use deceptive marketing by using a photo of the double bench but when it arrived it stated on the box that this was a single unit, something you did your best to hide on your site. I did say that I'd think twice about using Build and Plumb again but on reflection I definitely wouldn't use Build and Plumb again. Seems to be an amateur outfit run by cowboys who think it's okay to take your money then leave you in the dark over when your item will arrive. AVOID at all costs. Couldn't change to 1 star to anything lower but you can imagine what im getting at.”
