“Careline365 is fantastic, I am BBC quite badly disabled and suffer from multiple medical conditions and having the Careline365 is a life saver for me as if I need it I just press button and can talk to someone on other end and the service they provide when talking to them are fantastic They simply are excellent and I would very highly recommend Careline365 to anyone”

“Got a bit of a fright when I saw the contents of my Careline365 wires plugs alarm & safe box - the reading material & form to fill in - I thought I’d never be able to set this all up - BUT to my surprise with a little help from friends it was straight forward step by step guide - if I can do it anyone can - Careline have been extremely helpful as form seemed to take ages to eventually finish as everything needs to be set up & alarm tested before u can submit form Thank you careline365”

“Great quick service received the wrist monitor and equipment within 24 hrs of ordering and it was all set up on the same day. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. After three falls in one week I feel more reassured about my fathers safety now as I know if something happens someone will be called and he will get attention swiftly.”

“In the six weeks we have had the system installed it has never failed to activate when triggered. The call handlers have been professional throughout, whether it be 4:00 pm or 4:00 am! Excellent service, great value for money and, most importantly, it provides invaluable peace of mind.”
