“I only made enquiries with Careline one week ago and I was extremely impressed with the patience and information that I was shown and given. I had no hesitation to make the decision to proceed with Careline. I decided with NO hesitation to give them a chance. I have paid slightly extra for the FALL detector -in case I ever have a fall. I have an artificial hip which is 23 years old - and so I’m on borrowed time with it. I was extremely pleased with the clear correspondence from them immediately - by email and by first class the following day by post . I was told that I would receive my package the following day by Royal Mail. I received confirmation from Royal Mail the next day - that I would be receiving a package and they gave me the time period it was likely to arrive. I was going out - but I have a notice on my outside porch door that any parcels could be left in the porch. The instruction booklets were easy to understand for setting it up . As I’m 80 years old - I did need my grandson to come to install the “ key safe “ in my porch. He found it easy to install . However , it is waterproof and it can be left anywhere outside. Eg in a shed or behind a bin etc The “ key safe” only cost £25 to purchase. The system was very easy to test and extremely easy to set the contacts set in place. I pressed the white square by ACCIDENT the day after I had it all in place and they phoned me immediately - to check I was ok. I am very pleased with everything so far .”

“I have received the box , but awaiting confirmation of the form receipt before activating. All has, so far, been v smooth, with helpful customer support and advice. I read the contract and advise everyone to do so carefully, so you know how the termination agreement works.”

“Ordering and delivery was easy I received excellent service throughout the process. The team were really helpful with the set up of the alarm so gave me the confidence we have chosen a great company. As a family we now have peace of mind that my Cousin who wants to stay indepentant will have the immediate support should she have an accident while she's alone. Thank you”

“Excellent service and peace of mind. Simple phone call explained everything. Option to purchase/ install your own key safe etc. All set up equipment delivered in under 24 hours and easily installed and tested in under 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier.”
