“The seat covers which arrived didn’t fit and were thrown on my drive. I emailed the company who apologised immediately and sent a new pack in the post and contacted the courier. Quality is good.”

“A little disappointed as I have a 2017 Volvo V60 CC and the mats are not a good fit as they are for a 2018 mode. At the time the order was confirmed I did email to ask if the 2018 mats would fit but did not receive a reply so assumed all was ok.”

“The drivers mat does not line up with the shape of the floor very well. The secure clips are not in line with the buttons so you can not secure them. The measurement is wrong. I felt a little disappointed as I had paid for better quality carpet. If I had known that the drivers mat was not the correct measurement then I wouldn’t have paid extra for better quality.”

“Does what it says but fabric a bit flimsy and has a tendency to slide about when seat is used. Top is a little short on the sides. Ok but wouldn't buy again.”

“The mats for my Honda Jazz arrived promptly, fit well and seem to be of decent quality. You should however understand that " 2 holes" (ie for fixings) are in total (for two front mats) not per mat, so if you want two holes on each mat you need to order "4 holes". Maye that's obvious, but worth checking.”

“Car mats were great but boot liner is for another car and I'm still waiting for a reply. Heel mat is a little low as well so when driving my heel actually rests in front of the mat”

“Very good quality. My only complaint would be the the boot mat. Looks like it’s been made slight too big for the boot so won’t lie completely flat.”

“Every mat was perfect apart for the most important one drivers side clips are in the wrong position so only one clip works instead of both and the mat gets caught on the clutch pedal with which can be very dangerous”

“Unfortunately I’m disappointed with the mats, which are showing early signs of wear in a short period of time, plus the passenger mat creeps forward. I’ve been in touch with the company, who appear uninterested, which is such a shame as the initial customer service was really good. I certainly won’t be buying anything off them in the future”

“Ordered car mats on 27th December, received on 19th January. While speaking with the support team, I was assured on 3 separate occasions that my mats would be shipped for delivery "today". The mats are good quality but delivery and support were not ideal.”

“Bit of an issue when ordering as the price when ordered increased when in the basket, was told this was an error on the webpage. Order was delivered with one item missing too, this resolved after two phone calls and one email with helpful staff. So not good so far however the boot mat looks great and the bumper protector is fine now I have it. Middle of the road for me in terms of service and value for money.”
