“Mats seem to be good quality but unfortunately the fixing holes on the drivers mat do not line up properly with the original Toyota fixings that are attached to the car. The plastic insert on the mat is also too thick to be compatible with the fixing points.”

“I give this a 3 purely based on the smell. My car was full of a rubber/petroleum-based smell of the highest order. My wife has the poorest sense of smell of anyone I have known, and even she was put off by the smell. We have washed the mats in perfumed liquid soap and left them outside, in the air for a day and we will see how that works. My comments are not all bad - the mats are well made and finished nicely around the edges with a nice binding. They are a good fit for my vehicle and I am sure that many may not be too bothered by the smell.”

“I ordered a mat for the front of my Sprinter van. The quality of the mat was fine as was the general shape. However, the mat did not fit in the drivers side of the vehicle because the accelerator in the vehicle was obviously not quite the same as envisaged. Secondly the mat was not left either with our concierge or brought up to my flat. I let the delivery guy in the door remotely and waited at the door. He never came up and I went down and found it left in a communal space.”

“Average mats. Not a bad review but something to consider before buying. Not 100% satisfied with the price I paid after selected “luxury” quality only to received what I would consider average quality. The “jacking points” were loose on the mat its self but due to the rough backing of the carpet doesn’t move too much when in the car. I paid an extra £5 for the Union Jack heel pad and the finish quality on that wasn’t great either, could could see all the moulding marks and rough edges were left on. Overall they are ok mats I just wish I knew the quality before paying £40 for them.”

“Quality of product and price is excellent, unfortunately for my order they seemed to have lost it in their system , after a month and 2 emails ( never replied) I phoned them and it was clear they didn’t know about my order , once they sorted that it arrived very quickly 👍”

“Mats solid and arrived quickly. The fixing holes are in the right place but there is no way that they are big enough for the fixing knobs to go through. As a result the mats will have to sit over them. I wait to see if this will be satisfactory or if this will cause problems.”

“Mats are good quality . Delivery time excellent . We found that the drivers side mat short, does not go under seat, and holes for clips to keep it stable are not aligning. Checked that we ordered correct model and we did.”

“Looks ok but was not happy with the way it was delivered was just thrown by the pouch .have cctv evidence and I understand no one was at home so someone else could have pick it up the way it was left”

“Carpets good quality,but templates need checking,drivers carpet rh side catching floor edge.Drivers side rear carpet catching seat mounting bracket, it's different to passengers seat mounting.”
