“The set of mats for my Golf seem to be well made, though you can't really be sure til they've been down for a few months. Unfortunately they weren't a great fit; I could only do up one clasp on each of the front mats. I'm sure I could have returned them but I was going away, and they are now rather grubby so I've left them be as they seem to be staying in position OK.”

“Good quality mats, quickly delivered, but the fixing points are not quite in the correct place for my 2020 MG3 model - had to remove the fixings and re centre them.”

“The quality of the mats I received fully met expectations. They fitted very well in my car. So why only 3 stars? Because a significant factor in my personalised order was colour. I have a red car car with a light coloured interior - a combination I like very much. The nearest I could get at Car Mats UK was beige with a red border. All would be well, if the border was in the middle of the red spectrum, but it is closer to orange, more akin to high viz! I will have to wait a little while - because I cannot afford to keep throwing away this sort of money - but I'm going to have to bite the bullet and buy yet more carpets - without the 'red' border.”

“I ordered some Alpina (BMW 5 series) mats, full set, back in mid-December 20. The website was/is slightly better than their competition in the variants you can choose, so I went with it. It was a rushed buy, due to Xmas, so I did little research or review reading. I then did read the reviews late December, after the mats hadn't turned up within the suggested timescale, and was a little disheartened that most said "awful" or "avoid". When I rang early Jan 21 therefore expecting no answer, a fob-off or other excuses, I was surprised to hear the person who answered fairly quickly that she knew exactly where they were in the production line, why there was a delay and when I'd roughly receive them. Going with half an eye on "this could be another fob-off excuse" I was in their hands, having spent a good ?60+ which I may not see again. Nevertheless, they did turn up (Paid extra for priority delivery) and I am pleased with the quality, albeit 1 month after ordering and after badgering them a little over the phone. This company may be having issues converting to e-commerce/web due to Covid, or that this has always been their way of operating. Who knows. I'd say, worth a go, good product but expect it to take a while.”

“No confirmation email, no dispatch email, no tracking information, when I purchased mats it said 48 hour delay, in fact, it took 5 days for delivery. Mats are of a good quality and fit my car well. It?s the admin/customer service side that needs to improve.”

“Pleased with quality of mats but the mat for drivers side we are unable to push the mat down to secure it with the clips so was quite disappointed. The original car mat for Toyota Yaris fitted fine but had worn out. Maybe I should have replaced them with Toyota.”

“Like the carpets & the extra red edge . Look great in car . Quick delivery. BUT Email said Royal Mail with a ref number That was wrong . Try to track parcel but due to incorrect ref Number & carrier , could not . Email company. Which sent out new ref Number . But no name of company. When parcel arrived with Hermes . ( not Royal Mail ) Check ref number against Hermes & That was also wrong . It was only luck , That I was actually in .”

“Mats arrived a week ago and look to be good quality however the velcro attachments were missing. I called them the same day to ask them to send out the attachments which were supposed to have been sent out first class post but they have still not arrived. Called again yesterday to chase this up and they are sending out some more velcro attachments.”

“look nice do not fit perfectly the holes are a few mm out so cant click both sides in. Only done a couple of journeys and trim already showing signs of freying”

“Went for budget mat option, heel area ofdrivers mat showing signs of wear after a week. but doesn't seem to be getting much worse so not too concerned. Item shipped in thin clear plastic wrap that had a tear in it by the time it arrived to me. Would have liked a more substantial shipping bag.”

“The front mats fit fine but the back seat mats need adjusting fir them to fit properly. They also smell even after leaving them out in the garden for a week.”

“Product looks good and fits great and if it was my decision I would give at least 4*. However I bought them for my wife and she complains that they are very slippy. I don't find this and maybe it is just because they are new.”
