“Happy with product although the driver side matt fittings are not the correct size and do not fit”

“Nice carpet but wasn't impressed with the backing, for the price I have paid. Expected them to be a lot more substantial. A sample would be good first. Just normal mats really with a bit of fancy trim.”

“I ordered car mats on line, and waited for email, which I didn?t get, I then emailed, and they said there was an error with all recent orders, I then had to give all information again, and received mats about 10 days after. I didn?t get the colour stitching I wanted either, even though I sent them all the information again.”

“The mats look as good as advertised, but the mat for the driver's footwell does not quite fit (the holes in the mat do not fit the 'studs' in the footwell).”

“Took a bit of time to arrive, and although I provided the correct gauge, the front carpets don't "click" in place (the holes don't fit around the pegs on the floor). I can still have them on top of the manufacturer's carpet but it's not ideal...”

“I was disappointed with finish as lots of cotton strands left on product. Felt could have been checked before leaving company. Mats were birthday gift and did fit perfectly into the car so decided to keep them.”

“Arrived quickly, fit perfectly, keen price. Quality is OK, but I wouldn't describe them as "luxury". If I wanted to be fussy, I would comment that the heel pad on the driver's mat is a little out of place (should be 2 or 3 cm further forward, towards pedals).”

“Delivery service brilliant however my 2018 plate peugeot 2008 the driver mat dose not fit. Its too narrow for the width of the secure buttons. Big shame”

“Longer than expected delivery In a market place where products are/can be next day delivery I was a bit disappointed that my mats took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. My impatience may be driven by comparison to the big A and unfair but it is natural (i think). The carpets my be made to order? If they are and I had been told this I would have been more forgiving in my view. That said I still prefer to give my business to independant companies so a small thing really.”

“I ordered the mats,&the wrong ones arrived,lthen got in contact with their office , who told me I had ordered the wrong ones . I gave my registration as requested & the ones that arrived were the same as the original. After another message someone intervened & apologised &gave a full refund. Although I haven't got the mats, the service was , inthe end satisfactory”

“Quality, price and delivery were very good, however, embroidered name was missing the final letter. May have been too long to be accommodated but no message from company to say that. If the name was correct I would have given 5 stars.”
