“Delivery was quick. The mats fit but look like they have been cut by hand, on a couple of the mats its not a straight line. Plus the mats have a really strong smell which slowly disappears.”

“Average car mats, better than those you'll find at motor factors and popular motoring outfit but not as good as manufacturers original IMHO. Value for money also average and with Covid I haven't used the car enough to speak of durability.”

“Nice mats, decent quality but do not fit as they should do.Ordererd Mercedes GLA so they would fit over the same plugs they don't.Mercedes were ?90 these ?30 so I can't expect every thing.”

“Order was for a 2006 Ford Galaxy The only issue is around the driver footwell mat. There are two holes to accommodate the rotating clips that secure the mat in place. They are slightly too narrow but not impossibly so. Slightly more frustrating is that the depth of the holes in the mat are too big, so the clips cannot rotate to secure the mat in place. The stitching around the rubber inset to the driver mat has already started to fray after relatively light use.”

“the car mats were not of the quality i expected for the price. The extra wear patch on to the drivers mat was not positioned properly before being attached and looks crooked.I bought a new car and needed the mats otherwise i would have returned them.”

“Standard grade car mats: the mats were delivered promptly and fit well however they are very thin and resemble cheap mats I've bought in the past off the peg for around £7 which have worn quickly. In contrast the last mats I bought before the car mats ones retailed at the same price (£29.99 reduced to £19.99) and were much thicker with a deeper pile and lasted.The reason I ordered from car mats uk was because you cannot buy off the peg Mini mats due to the unusual shape. They also smelled really strong on arrival therefore had to be aired outdoors before I could put them in the car (a minor point). I bought the mats on the strength of previous reviews, however in hindsight it is not clear whether the reviews were describing standard, luxury or prestige therefore other people may have bought the more expensive ones. It would have been useful to have known this. Despite the mats being well made with a nice silver and black trim to match my car, I would probably not buy the standard grade again however It remains to be seen how long they last, watch this space.”

“Quality of the goods l ordered was as expected.However the boot mat had to be adjusted (by cutting) to enable a good fit. Secondly the clips that hold the drivers mat in place did not fit. A second set were sent but these were the same as the originals.Numerous e mails have been exchanged but the issue remains unsolved. However my 6yrs old grandson suggested l remove the clips from my old mats.So problem solved!!!!”

“found that the quality of the product excellent, but i'm afraid the way the dispatch and delivery were completed let them down. i requested, at the time of ordering that i would require either a track number or at the very least an email to state the product had been dispatched with detail of what day it could be expected, i asked them to contact me BEFORE they manufactured the product in order that i could arrange for delivery to another address if they could not supply the information / email etc. This was very important as the company stated they would require someone to sign for the parcel. They did NON of the above, resulting in the parcel being left with a neighbour who forgot to tell anyone else in the house, therefore it couldn't be found when we went to collect it----------- you couldn't write a better scrip on how to irritate!!!!! Contact from them would have eliminated all of this”

“The mats Quality looks good, unfortunately took quite a long time to dispatch. My main grudge is that the way to find your specific car In the website is confusing and was complicated. My car is saloon and was listed under estate car type. This meant my driver side mat does not fir well. It seems that saloon and estate are the same in their eyes?? I asked for help and told I need to buy a new one as my mistake. I do not think this is good customer service when it is clearly a flaw in their website that caused the wrong order. A compromise on free delivery at least would have sufficed.”

“Nice mats, just wanted something cheap to protect the carpets for the duration of the lease. Don?t want any penalty charges from the leasing company. . Floor mats all good but the boot mat isn?t quite the right shape. Don?t know if that?s because I don?t have the optional side nets in the boot (part of a storage pack).”
