“I want to give these car mats 3.5?. The reason it?s not a 4 or 5 is because the heel pad on the drivers mat is NOT in the correct place. It?s too far down. Even if you have size 11 feet my heel wasn?t resting on the heel pad, the heel pad is about 2 to 3 inches too close to the seat. Foot on the gas/brake, heel way in front of the heel pad. Good quality apart from this. I am a driving instructor and have numerous people in the car so wanted heavy duty material under the heel. If this was sorted it?d be a 5”

“In terms of product quality first impressions are pretty good. However product took far too long to arrive and contacting via email is pointless as no replies were received after sending 5 emails throughout a couple days. When I received confirmation that my order was on the way it was from a completely different parcel service called ?Yodel? which in the emails they sent me did not specify what they were talking about it just briefly said ?your order is on the way? etc. It was only when my order arrived that I realised that the emails were regarding the order. Lot of room for improvement.”

“I could not fault the speed of the service, it was excellent. The mats were not the best fit and would have probably suited a different model. For the time being they are adequate especially as they are not the most expensive on the market. Next time I would probably pay the extra and buy mats from the car manufacturer. I did not complain as I needed to use the mats immediately.(Bad weather forecast)”

“Not as good a fit as the car mats hence the loss of stars. Still good quality but template needs checking. The XC90 boot is huge but car mat just a little too long and wide at rear end. Would still buy another one though”

“The quality of the mats are great but they will not fit an 07 plate polo prooerly. The mat clips on the floor of the car do not fit through the little holes in the mat. It's only a minor issue but other than that the mats are perfect!”

“Material excellent, fitting poor, gaps for seat belt fittings out of line, straps on backseat cover sewn in the wrong place, covers puckered due to excess material on passenger front cover. Seat covers didn?t match the fitted car seats although stated bespoke. Delivery chased, took longer than 7 days stated on website. Customer service response excellent”

“Disappointed that the Union Flag only on one mat. Assumed would be on both front mats. Otherwise product seems ok. Not fitted yet though.”

“Disappointed with some aspects of product; floor clips not fitted tidily. Silly to use courier who will not specify delivery time to at least am or pm. Some couriers can predict delivery to an hourly slot because they do route planning and have a live tracking system. In future I will not order anything online unless the delivery service is as described as above. Cannot wait in all day, just like the bad old days of waiting for the gas man. When products are very similar in quality, it is the service that will differentiate them in the market; always remember this.”
