“Mats look and fit ok, but not what I would class as luxury, very thin short pile(1 mm) Old non standard mats I'm throwing away are at least 4 times mores more plush and thicker. Delivery service was good, with texts sent with updates.”

“The matts were wonderful but you must change your courier . I requested the matts be placed in the unlocked garage if nobody home but the courier just threw them over the gate in full view of anybody from the street to remove . Fortunately the mats were still lying on the path when I got home .”

“Positives: Ordering off the website was pretty straightforward. Delivery was within advised timescale & mats were nice quality: not quite what I was hoping for but hey, they're just car mats! Negatives: Disappointed in after care service. Mats were sent with a single hold down fitting to be attached to a screw-in plug (not supplied). Rather than send a screw part the only suggestion offered was to purchase another single footmat at extra cost! Very disappointing response, despite further phone calls.”

“Very disappointed - I had the Luxury Mats but the quality is not as good as I had hoped. The fit is not good - the holes in the mat do not stay over the studs in the car so it constantly moves around - this is causing the edges of the mat to curl. It's a shame because they really look great. I was impressed with how quick they arrived though - maybe I was just unlucky with my choice?”

“One mat had a faulty surrounding ring to one of the holes which allow it to connect to its press stud which fastens it to the floor. The hole in the mat was too small so the ring could not pass through it. We tried to enlarge it but it still regularly comes off. Annoying.”

“I thought that these mats would be a bit heavier quality than they were and I suppose time will tell in relation to how hard wearing they are. The mats are well finished however and the contrasting stitching looks well.”

“The boot liner was great, car mats set good except the passenger side mat, the hole in the mat doesn?t fit to the floor of the car so I have to remove the hole plastic plug.”

“The product is just what l wanted. My disappointment is the OVER-POWERING Odour from the vulcanised rubber. I have washed them left them outside to air but to little improvement. I may soon have to consider removing them as l am now getting mild headaches on longer journies. As a customer l welcome any instruction as to help remove this odour? Please help.”

“Bought the more expensive mats for my Passat, they fit really well including the floor mounts but t am disappointed in the quality of the rubber. It seems quite thin and doesn't have a raised edge to hold any water from shoes running off. And oh boy do they smell. Not as good as I had hoped for.”

“I have to be honest here and say I was expecting a fair better quality of mat due to the price, I wished I had gone for the same priced ones at the Peugeot dealers they were far superior for the same price, I would compare these with ?20.00 ones you get at the local supermarket.”

“The quality and ease of install of these mats is great- however- I found this page by googling for E-Golf mats, because I didn't quite fancy the 110 pound cost Volkswagen fancied vomiting at me. These don't really fit the Egolf.”

“Slightly disappointed in the mats, they fitted well but the plastic bit on the drivers mat is not too comfortable can feel my feet slide, would have preferred if this bit had been thicker matting.”

“The rugs are a very good fit. They arrived in about a week. My only gripe is, I went for the "luxury" range, I not sure I would call them luxury but they seem strong and would probably last a long time.”
