“These rubber mats were a reasonable fit but some of the shaping was fairly crude. The main disadvantage however, was that the company had pennypinched and there were no fixings provided, although there were eyelets Consequently the mats tend to move, particularly the front passengers mat. I think they call it spoiling the ship for a ha’porth of tar. So not really satisfactory.”

“Although my buying experience was good, I did feel let down by the quality of the car mats. As I was buying the premium quality, I assumed wrongly that the mats would have a luxury feel and quality to them. These were just standard mats in my opinion. I was expecting a thicker pile and a quality feel. This was just not the case. Poor quality for the explanation given. Very disappointed if I'm honest. Next time I will not be buying online. Although the serve a purpose, they have cheapened the feel of my car. Not what I expected at all.”

“The guality is very good .But the drivers side mat does not fit a Renault megane 2010 music .I had to adjust mat clips to hold in place .also the heal pad is in the wrong place .”

“Delivery was very good and generally the product was excellent however the clips on the drivers mat do not fit. Very disappointing as I ensured that the mats were compatible with my make, model and year of vehicle.”

“The rubber mats ordered arrived and fitted well, but in a Land Rover product, you really need mats that are non slip and contain mud and water - these don't. The mats have a number of circular area that are higher than the rest to try to give grip, but fail as the material is shiny and any mud etc. simply slides off on to the carpets you're trying to protect. I am not returning the product as it kinda works, but not completely satisfied and the design could be a lot better. Genuine Land Rover mats would have been a better buy.”

“Two weeks delivery. The mats are thin and look like the edging needs finishing but I can?t be bothered to return. Think I?ll go direct to BMW next time. Same sort of price”

“The mats required for my car are fixed in place by way of velcro pads sewn to the underside of the mats,the new mats i got from car mats uk have two sticky back type velcro pads in a bag,I dont think they will last long,a little dissapointed as i paid for the better quality mats.”

“Ordered a set of rubber car mats and a boot mat. Car mats are great quality can?t wait to use them for winter months when it?s wet and miserable outside. Unfortunately they forgot my boot mat. A quick email to customer services resolved the issue; but still frustrating considering the website pesters you more than once to ?add a boot mat?. That they then forgot to send.”

“Mats feel like good quality and the 2 front ones fit perfectly. However the ones for the back are slightly too large and tend to ride up over one of the seat brackets. Whether this will stop them staying in place only time will tell. With this in mind I have reserved judgement on whether they are good value for money.”

“Great quality mats for my 2020 Hyundai Kona(hybrid) although the mats for in front of the rear seats seem a little too long(about 10mm)with a bit of persuasion they went in. My third set as all my new vehicles benefit from mats made by Car Mats UK, and have been satisfied with every aspect of their services, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car mat.”

“Searched quite a few web sites for quality tailored car mats, before choosing this company. Was able to choose mat pile depth and edge trim and colours. Only let down was the length of time it took to deliver them. Seemed once I had chased them up a delivery schedule was then provided. Mats have arrived and look great.”

“After ordering there was no update on the order being processed or it having been dispatched. On arrival I found that the "retaining" fixings on the mats had been put on the wrong ways, so therefore didn't fit properly until I removed the fixtures and repositioned them.”

“Would like to give this product a higher rating but there was an issue. The quality of the mats is very high and they looked great in the car. However the fixings were not correct and there was no way that the drivers mat would be firmly fixed. Their customer service team did their very best to fix this but were not able to. So 8n the end the mats were not suitable. Pity. Don’t let this put you off though as I am sure other makes are just fine.”

“The mats arrived well packaged and undamaged. I really only wanted the driver's mat but had to order all four as a set (to be fair this seems common practice. I chose mid-range which was ok and the hole fittings matched my car - however, the mat could have been longer but it's acceptable.”

“Have only one concern with the mats in that with the drivers mat and to use the clutch I have found I can get caught on the ridge of the mat that is the built in the centre square piece, if this was remover I appreciate that the wear would quickly ruin the mat, so would suggest increasing the area to go beyond the pedal”
