“I have had a terrible experience with this company I urge you to to read all the bad reviews before you purchase with them. The customer service may as well be non-existent. It takes them 24-hours to respond to an email, and even then they do not fully answer your questions.
The size guide was and misleading, so I've ordered the size their size guide suggested however the items were too big, when I have gone to arrange an exchange they do not offer this, they told me I have 14 days to return the items otherwise there will be a charge. However I am sending them emails to arrange a return and they are taking days to give me the relevant information as if purposely trying to slow me down. When I went onto the website to reorder the items in the relevant size the price has now gone up and they refused to honour me the initial price I paid. Quoting terms and conditions avoiding real conversation. When the delivery was arranged it was supposed to be on a Friday but the delivery driver turns up on a Thursday when I wasn't in. Then the company emails me telling me I refused the delivery and that there will be an additional charge for refusing the delivery. They said the charge would be £150 as well as the cost shipping fees, Customs fees and Returns fees when Returns are supposed to be free.
This company offers slightly lower prices but now I can see why, initially I thought it was to good to be true and it was. I recommend pay the extra money and deal with reputable company. I emailed them yesterday at 9:45 a.m. it is currently 12:00 9 p.m. the next day day well over 24-hours still no response. And I only have 7 Days to get the item back to them. Before I incur charges.
This company seems intent on making the consumer incur charges One Way or Another. Even if you cancel an order they try to charge £25.”
“This company is awful what a nasty experience first they never shipped my item I ordered on the 3rd on the 17th they informed me the item is out of stock I didn’t know I was no longer receiving my item until I contacted them this company practices poor Coutumer service and there is no sufficient way to contact them other than via email after it is all said and done the representative states they will issue my money back as soon as possible THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ISSUED THE MOMENT YOU REALIZED YOU NO LONGER HAD THE PRODUCT!!!”

Told them that was impossible because I just spoke with them and they told me the shoes were in Hamilton Ontario. What l lies and they don’t even care about it. They told me it was my tough luck and I am out $1000 bucks. DHL is also in on it and don’t care at all about their customers. I will never order from either of them. “I usually prefer to buy from websites that ships from inside the USA but none had these boots so I had to order from them. The shipping was fast with DHL I didn't like the boots so I had to return them which wasn't easy to begin with . I was suprised with receiving a message from DHL that I have package coming from Italy . So without any notice they decided that the boots is defected and sent it back to me. The boots was only worn in my bedroom tags are on they r brand new but when I sent them asking them they just told me they rejected the return coz it's been defected which is completely untrue. “BUYER BEWARE!! Cute stuff but they don’t stand behind their product. I paid almost $500 for a piece that was damaged when I received it. When I reached out to customer service to get it replaced for an undamaged one, they refused saying the 14 day return period has expired, by a day or two, and that they wouldn’t replace it. What??!!! Seriously??! They send out damaged goods and won’t accept a return, fine- but an exchange for an undamaged piece??!!! That’s unheard of! “So apparently my transaction was fraudulent. Instead of writing to be asking me to verify the outs he which I would have gladly done, I get an email weeks later advising that the order would be terminated and the hold on my cc would be released. Never mind that the monies had already been taken completely off my card.
Long story short, I went back and forth a few times and have a refund pending now.

I sent my item back (make sure you take photos of the condition before you send back) and they didn't eespond to my emails waiting on a conformation of receiving my item, for TWO WEEKS. I actually called DHL to make sure the item was delivered and upon checking they said, it had been delivered 7 days prior.
I then again wrote to cettire (no phone number to speak to a human, how convenient) pleading with them to respond to which the answer was " Yes we have the item and will get back to you in due course". What on earth did that mean? No ETA, no solution, no apology, nothing. Suffice to say this went on for another 4 weeks. With sporadic and random responses here and there from different customer service reps.
I eventually went to the ACCC and also Consumer Affairs (who told me they were receiving a lot of complaints about this conpany)
I got my bank involved and once they started the investigation and sent Cetrire a letter of repayment, only then they responded and paid.
I finally received my refund after 7 weeks and many tears.
Trust me, whatever you're wanting to buy, don't buy it with Cettire. I'm convinced they are a band of crooks and only respond to threats from massive institutions.
Don't fall for the cheaper prices, just don't! Go elsewhere.”

I purchased a Versace necklace from this website. Whilst the shipping was fast, the necklace was so fake, it was rose gold in colour instead of yellow gold. Further Versace would never send their products wrapped in cheap white tissue paper, they would be presented nicely.
I requested a return slip. I sent back the product using the DHL returns website provided by their 'customer service'. It was received in their Milan warehouse on 11 October. At least a dozen follow ups later about my refund, I was told that they would look into it, 'they don't work weekends', 'please be patient', 'it is undergoing quality checks' literally every excuse under the sun was given to me. But wait it gets better, I have now been told that the ITEM WAS NEVER DELIVERED BY DHL!!!!!!!!!!! Whilst I have proof of the item delivery directly from the DHL website. I am now dealing with a 'manager' who said they have lodged an enquiry with DHL and are relying on their 'efficiency' and they can't make an insurance claim for items that aren't in their possession. Is this not the stupidest thing you've ever heard? Firstly., you can't make an insurance claim for items that are in your possession.... why would you try to claim insurance for items that are allegedly in your possession, and secondly, not sure what you are insuring? FAKE PRODUCTS? Which is against the law.
Honestly SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND NEVER BUY FROM THESE ROGUE OPERATORS.

“Very disappointed with customer service. Returns are to be back at their site within 14 days of receiving the item which is very hard for out of the country purchasers. They don’t price adjust if price of an item drops immediately after purchase. Finally, a $25 fee is charged for returns though their advertisement makes it sound like it’s free because the shipping is free.
They took 3 days to reply to my email although they said it should take 24 hrs.”
“Ridiculous returns policy that states 14 days, yet when contacting customer service you are advised it is 10 days. I am still within the 14 day returns window yet am told I cannot return $500+ worth of items (that do not fit), because they potentially won’t arrive back to the company within 14 days.
Once contacted by customer service with instructions on how to return, I realise that the website simply did not give me any option to do so, making it physically impossible to return my items.
Terrible customer service and awful experience, really disappointed and upset with the treatment by this company. As a student who was making a special purchase with a low income, I am seriously upset by Cettire’s treatment of me as well as the many other mistreated customers I can see in these reviews.”
