Have been with holding my money with shipping my items since May 2021 and it is now October 2021. When I email they don’t respond and if they do they state that they are still processing my refund.

First I received an empty package, then trying to give them the benefit of the doubt again, I didn't receive this package. I am so annoyed with this company and all I want back is my $800 for some sneakers I never received.

Bought a Givenchy Hand bag for my Girlfriends Birthday only too discover the box itself had been covered from top to bottom in dirty finger marks and scratches, the box had been opened and tampered with and looked pre owned. Extremely Disappointed with Cettire from first glance they looked very professional obviously not, i regret shopping here and i wont be back again. only wish i had read reviews about this site before purchase.

Do NOT buy from Cettire, this company is a scam they sent me a faulty bag, I emailed them immediately and returned it the next day as per their instructions it and are refusing to refund me my money. It’s been 3 months and I keep getting rubbish responses that they are still checking this. Absolute crooks, do NOT buy from here. I escalated this transaction for investigation with my bank and Cettire didn't reply to their requests. I have the proof of delivery that they have the bag, and yet they are still not refunding my money. Worst shopping experience of my life. I have emailed them many times, contacted them on all social channels and still have not received my refund.

Not sure what kind of outfit this is, all I know is that some crook hacked my bank card and charged $600 using this site. Have no idea how they got the credit card number but most legit shopping sites require the security code which the criminal could not have... Judging from the MANY negative reviews stating items never arrive, this site sounds like FRAUD to me,

The second item that I bought from Cettire is a travel bag (around £550). Bit small for what I needed, so returned within required timeframe. Cettire then refused the return as it hadn’t been in the original packaging. This doesn’t mean I didn’t send back a dustbag, they wanted the same cardboard packaging, which I’d had to cut open. Nothing wrong with bag - all tags still attached. “Customer Service” is terrible- told me they wouldn’t accept it, we’re sending it back to me, and that was the end of it, they would not communicate with me any more!! Currently claiming refund through Chargeback, which Cettire are still contesting. Cowboys, would never use again or recommend

The products sold are not authentic! Please don’t waste your money on counterfeit items. Customer service will not help you at all! This is the biggest scam going on the internet. Buyers Beware! I bought designer Valentino shoes that literally fell apart! The studs were glued on crooked. They refused to help me or admit that the shoes I received were not authentic. They do not guarantee their products.

Terrible experience. What they delivered took ages and then they just said we can’t find the other two products. Offered refund on product but not the delivery charge. Avoid at all costs.

My wife bought me a beautiful pair of Tod’s Chelsea boots for my birthday. They look amazing, but are a full size too big. She ordered them 3 weeks before my birthday, and gave me them on my birthday. At which point we were 4-days beyond the 14-day return window. When she contacted Cettire customer service, she was told that it is against store policy to accept a return or exchange, and nothing could be done. We now have a brand new brand new designer boots that don’t fit. With Christmas on the way, I caution you to not order items from Cettire that can’t be gifted, tried on by the recipient, AND (if needed) placed in the mail in 14-days.

I used Cettire's shipper, DHL, to return two pairs of loafers. I could not generate the return label myself on the website, as the option was not available to me even though I followed the website's directions and created an account. I reached out to the Cettire team to generate the return and they mistakenly issued me one return label, instead of two. It has been one month since my return and I have yet to receive a refund for this order. Cettire claims they shoes were not returned to them, when in fact their team had them returned to the wrong location and now they are lost. Cettire has yet to accept responsibility for the lost shoes, and I now have to cover the cost, $642, for a pair of shoes I returned.

Please beware and avoid purchasing designer items from this online store. This website guarantees authentic products but clearly sells replicas. I purchased a pair of Valentino Rock Stud slides that literally fell apart after wearing them a couple of times. Customer service would not help and claim they do not cover wear and tear. Obviously authentic designer shoes would not fall apart like this. They supposedly guarantee authentic products but clearly do not stand by that statement. The shoes I received are 100% counterfeit. They were sold and shipped to me by Cettire either intentionally or unintentionally through a returns scam. Either way, please don’t take the chance and waste hundreds of dollars. Customer service will not stand by their products and will offer no options.

This is still an on-going issue. I placed an order on Saturday for two items, an AMQ bracelet and belt. A short while, I got tracking info, but to my surprise it was only for the bracelet. I thought this was strange because I thought this store only existed in one location. I emailed them the next day inquiring about the belt. They said it takes 3-7 business days to ship the item and that it is still being worked on, and that they were "sorry you were unaware our items may ship out separately." Most companies would prefer to ship items out together because it's less on the shipping, but not Cettire apparently. I gave it some more time thinking it'd be shipped by now, I mean how long does it take to ship out a belt? My belief is this site doesn't have actual stock availability showing on the website, and that the stock you see is false, so they are most likely sourcing the belt from AMQ directly. This is what aggravates me though, don't show stock on the website if it's not accurate. I'd rather believe items are out of stock vs in stock because it sets up an unrealistic expectation. As someone who works(ed) in retail and customer service environments, you should always under promise and over deliver to your clients. Cettire does the opposite and leads to these kinds of reviews. I emailed again asking at this point to cancel the belt because I needed it by next Wednesday. I get a generic robotic email saying that if I cancel the item, I will be subject to a $25 USD cancellation fee because it's been over 24 hours. I have never in my life heard of such a ridiculous terms of service for a company since returns are FREE. I emailed back saying why would I take a $25 loss when I can wait for the item to ship and return it for free if I wanted to? Again I ask when will this ship out and I get no response, sometimes the responses take days to receive and are basically unhelpful, inflexible and unwilling to really make the moment right for their customers/clients. Just got another email with them literally being unhelpful and reiterating the cancellation fee policy, which I already responded saying I found it on my own, and they tell me my order is on hold. That means it's been on hold for two days when I already indicated I just want the belt. Absolutely ludicrous company, I'm never shopping here after this experience, and I recommend others not to either, because companies will only change if their cashflow is affected.

Ordered something 2 weeks ago. Customer service keeps telling me it ships within 3-5 days, they keep saying will expedite it but don’t. I have to now dispute it with my bank I guess. Website is a scam.

Trash site with trash customer service. They don't have enough money or resources to invest in proper and functioning software, a website, and customer service. I ordered $1000 merchandise from them and they were quick to charge my card but never sent me a confirmation of my order or when it shipped. Didn't hear a peep! I was about to dispute it on my cc until it just randomly showed up on my doorstep 2 weeks later. The size ended up being wrong and when I wanted to return the item they were slow to respond and delayed the process unnecessarily. I will not be shopping with them again. Their illusion of lower prices is not worth their trash website and service.

This company is a scam. I ordered a show, after I tried it on at a department store I knew the shoes ran small. I reached out to cancel the order and they refused to cancel even thought it had not been shipped. I received the shoes and did not open the packaging because I knew I was going to send it back. I sent the email and they acknowledge to receive them. It’s been weeks since I sent the item back, I have been trying to get my money back, now they are refusing to refund me, saying that the shoes are damaged. I did not even open the package!!!!! This is so upsetting I will never order from them again.

I will never buy from this company again. I bought a pair of Veja trainers. Shipment label created on 26th August and still not posted. Shipment also cost AUD30 and supposed to be express. I asked to cancel the order, apparently they cant do that. Customer service is a nightmare, keep saying how they will deal with it. Its a scam. i will never order anything from them again.

I guess this company wants you to wear your item immediately after you buy. Not everyone has to do that. There return policy is terrible. Never buying there again.
