“Originally I was going to give them 5 stars because of the super fast shipping and was exactly as per described. I bought the wrong size by mistake and the return process was straight forward.
My experience with customer service as great (fast response time) but that is where my experience went south. They did not allow exchanges which meant my only option was a refund.
The first email I got told they will get back to me ASAP. 1 week had passed and I had heard nothing back, so I emailed them asking for an update and was told "no later than 7 days" so I waited. Another week had passed and I asked for an update and I was told they would look into it. It was not 2 weeks since I returned the item and I still had'nt received my refund. Frustrated I sent one last email explaining to them I had done the correct procedures according to their terms and conditions, and finally the next day I received my refund.
My experience is pretty much exactly what most have said - proceed with caution. If you know the exact size you are after I would highly recommend them. What originally was a 5 star rating became a 1 as It was just too much of a hassle in the end.”
“It will cost you a lot of $ if you need to return item. Maybe more than what you paid. I found I would have to pay DHL express back to Italy. Customer Service was not helpful in my opinion. Very sorry I even tried Cettire, never again.”

Sent me a pair of used shoes. Contacted them immediately upon receipt with all the pictures. Shipped the shoes back, contacted customer service multiple times and was told to wait for return processing. After several contact attempts and a month(!) still no refund.

“SCAM SCAM SCAM. Absolutely a disgrace of a company. I requested to cancel an order less than 24 hours after placing it and to my horror, their customer service representative claimed I had reached out to late and wanted to charge me a $25 fee. She gave false times in regards to when the order was originally placed as well as when I contacted them. Lucky for me, I have screenshots from my bank and email which show the actual time I placed the order and contacted their CS. I'm still waiting upon their response but looking at these other reviewers, I am incredibly nervous in regards to their response.”
“Don't make any purchase on that online store - they take your money and send you the terrible condition item like an authentic . And when you sent it back to them - they tell you it damage and keep your money and an item. Their customer service never respond on your emails just ask to wait they need more time till you cant open claim in your bank.”

I could not find the “create return” button on my profile, been asking them for couple of days and they never really answer my questions. “I purchased a Givenchy belt and it arrived scratched on June 23rd, pretty fast shipping. I wrote an email immediately asking to exchange.
Three emails and 1 month later they wrote me back saying that I should have wrote them back sooner from someone named Lena. I then forwarded my first, second and third emails. Nothing.
Then an email stating that they had responded back to me on June 28th (they did not) and said that it is the finish of the belt and that I should buff it out myself. It's August 10th and they are telling me it's my fault that the belt arrived in poor condition. The belt is authentic but was $300 and arrived scratched in a very noticeable way and the company told me to fix it myself?!!! I would not shop here.”

My product did not arrive now more than 2 weeks and they make it sound to legit.First they said it was a P.O.box issue and then they claimed there were two packages with the same tracking #(how is that even possible). The toll free no. to DHL and customer support seem so legit but DO NOT fall for it”
“Twice I tried purchasing from this company. Twice I was give an excuse about not being able to validate payment and this is was their means of security. Yet, the money was removed from my account immediately. The fund were held and returned some 10 days later. I will never recommend this site. And as a matter of principal I will be reporting this site to ACCC”
“I ordered a jacket, received confirmation and on my bank statement the amount was on hold. 2 days later I received an email from Cettire stating my order couldn't be validated. That the "transaction was flagged at high risk" and that "no money has been charged to your account." The amount was deducted and it took an email and 8 days before they returned the money. When they'd first sent the email about the flagged transaction I did think there was something wrong with my card so my sister purchased the jacket with her card. The same thing happened. This time it's been over 2 weeks and they haven't refunded her the money. The bank said everything was fine with my card, I've made similar value purchases at other websites. No issues. I bought the jacket from net-a-porter eventually, I will never order anything from Cettire again even if its cheaper. It's not worth the trouble.”
“Ordered a belt from them in June and still have not received it or a refund. They have no customer service phone number to talk to a live agent. It’s been over a month with no resolve. I will not order with them again. This has been a absolute disappointment. They keep giving me the runaround.”

“I definitely should have read the reviews before ordering from them. I ordered 2 pair of shoes 38 and 39 . Just to make sure they fit correctly . The 39 was returned to Cettire the next day via Dhl. The box wasn’t even open but nor did i try the shoes since the 38 fits perfectly. They would except my return and i couldn’t even get someone on the phone . Complete fraud: fraud fraud fraud. I’ve never experienced such awful service and I’m an avid online shopper”
“Do not order from this company. They are a scam with DHL. The terms and conditions are false. They have DHL delivery your packages without signature and if your package is lost or missing the company states that they can no longer assist you with your order or the missing package.”
“Abominable customer service. They take days to get back to your emails. I ordered a top that is apparently out of stock, yet getting someone to issue a refund or a store credit is like pulling teeth. They don’t offer a phone service either. They are a disgrace. Their website is a disgrace also, the top that is supposedly out of stock is still showing as available two weeks later. So no doubt they are scamming others with this rubbish.
