I ordered a valentino garavani belt from cettire. And the package arrived today. But when i opened it. It was an empty box in it! With NOTHING else. They took my money. And sent me an empty box. This is unacceptable! They are thieves. Do not order from this website!

I bought a Balmain blazer, I received it today and I noticed straightaway the virgin wool jacket thickness and fabric texture is odd. I already have a few Balmain blazer so the difference is obvious. It is the exactly same make and material 100% wool composition but the thickness is different. The structure hold of the jacket is also different from the others I already own. The shoulder pads is also noticeably weaker than my other ones. Despite I cant prove they've sold me a fake, but I know this one I got from Cettire is different from my other Balmain blazer. Beware.

Terrible! I ordered a luxury bag and it arrived to me Faulty with a missing part and packaged so poorly and Cettire are not willing to acknowledge this. DO not buy from Cettire

Thieves! I will sue them. Tried to purchase Chloe Tess money was taken bag didn’t arrive. Cettire said they didn’t receive any more but I’m not dump and I have a proof - 1700 $ was deducted from my debit card.

I BEG you not to spend money with this company. The great prices will lure you in, but they treat customers HORRIBLE & just take your money. I sent an item back for return, it took FOUR WEEKS for them to say they received it , & they claim they need 7 days to inspect item. It's been 10 days & they still won't refund or even update me. Their emails are very short & sarcastic.

Very bad experience I was in lucky I didn’t read the reviews before purchase They never return and refund your money They have one false response to all return after keeping the items with them for 3 weeks ( the items with scratches and we reject your refund and we will send you back your items r

I brought a SALE item for approx $900, after requesting an update on when it will eventually ship after hearing nothing for weeks I was informed that it was actually out of stock. I found the slow feedback and the fact that the transaction when through when it was sold out was unprofessional. I will stick to more established online Australian retailers. DO NOT BUY FROM CETTIRE!! they are thieves! They took my money then 3 days later told me it was a high risk transaction and had cancelled my order without refunding me!! They took $500 and I've got nothing for it!! Customer service is appalling. I have lodged a dispute with my bank and fingers crossed I get my money back. This company is not legit and should be shut down... do not buy from them!!

They are selling fraudulent items. I bought Stella McCartney's shoes. They arrived looking fine and discolored in their original packing. Never worn and Cettire refused to do anything about it. Pixs were quite obvious. You can see that the shoes were never worn. My friend has same pair bought from a boutique and they have been worn many many times absolutely no discoloration. Cettire should be put out of business . BEWARE ALL

fraudsters. shipped item was not as described. i attempted a return. made three appointments for their carrier to take parcel -- they never showed. offered to make a fourth try at which point cettire claimed that the period for return had expired. can't say if they deal in counterfeit goods but it would come as no surprise to me if they did.

I placed an order and followed the tracking to not receive my item. Reached out several times for help with finding my item or to film a claim. I received nothing but nasty rude emails basically saying we're paid you're on your own. No empathy or concern. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MONEY WASTED

I have been going back and fourth with them regarding a faulty item I received back in May it is about to be June! They’ve agreed to allow me to send back the item after seeing pictures and now they’ve had the item in their possession for more than 10 business days and still refuse to issue me a refund. So I have no item and I don’t have my money this is ridiculous I will never purchase anything from here again!!! I know the prices may be enticing but it is not worth the headache trust me!

I had purchased a bag from Cettire but the bag didn't not meet expectations so I had arranged for a return but my return was rejected and the bag was returned to me. Upon return, the bag was in their possession for 10 days before I was told my return was rejected. They claimed it was returned to them with scratches. Lucky for me, I had taken pictures of the bag before I had return it to show the bag did not show any signs of the scratches they were referring to. The scratches happened in their possession after it reached back to them and clearly they couldn't sell a scratched bag and claimed it was scratched by me. I am claiming a chargeback with all documents and photos supporting my claim. I do not recommend them!

Received a knock of handbag in which the strap fell off the same day. They refused to accept return saying it was wear and tear when that was the first time wearing bag. Don’t purchase from them their items are not authentic.

I ordered a shirt, which it turns out wasn't in stock. I had to contact them numerous times to get the status of my order as I didn't receive an update after placing the order. After contacting them several times, I was advised that it can take up to 10 business days to send an order. WTF? Then I was advised they didn't have the shirt. Then I had to wait for a refund. The whole exercise took over 3 weeks. What a waste of time.

I ordered a pair of Alexander McQueen Oversized Sneakers from this site. After waiting nearly 2 weeks without so much as an order confirmation, I emailed to inquire about my order. I quickly got a response that told me my order was being processed and I should expect an email with tracking information shortly. 2 days later I received the following email response: On Monday, June 21, 2021, 09:06:16 PM CDT, Cettire Customer Service wrote: Unfortunately, due to a technical issue, there has been a price error in our system, selling the item at the incorrect price. Therefore, we have cancelled your order and will issue you a refund. Please let us know how you would like to be refunded. My reply: Issue the refund to my original payment method. FYI...when there is a price error, it is customary to sell the item at the listed price instead of inconveniencing the customer by canceling the order to make more money. It was your error, so you should have taken the loss. I will be posting a negative review and I will never shop with you again. I needed the shoes for an upcoming trip, but of course, your profit margin is most important. Terrible customer service!

It has been almost two weeks since making an order and my purchases still have not been shipped. Inquiries via email have been met with constant run around replies such as “We will chase up your order.” and “ We will pass your request to the team”. This has been a very disappointing experience with Cettire.
