“This is a not a legitimate business, please save your money and sanity and buy your luxury items elsewhere. I placed an order for a bag and was met with radio silence. I started emailing after a couple of days and every single time I was ignored. Eventually after 3 days I received a generic response telling me they will respond within one business day. They never responded. So I bombarded their Instagram and Facebook with messages and comments and finally, I receive a reply, again generic. As of today it appears they have lodged a package with DHL, although DHL has not got the package in their possession. It seems to just be sitting in Italy. I had asked them again, when will my package be picked up by DHL and still being ignored. This has been nothing but stress, worry and disappointment. I thought they were reputable and being an Australian company I thought what can go wrong? Big mistake. I honestly believe the items they sell are stolen or fake. I doubt my order will ever turn up. DONāT BUY FROM CETTIRE!!!!”

Nothing about my experience has been straightforward, every time I email this company I get the same response just in different wording, example āI will urgently chase this order upā not to mention that itās always someone ādifferentāwith the same lettered first name, which leads me to think itās the same person just conveniently changing their name to make it look like your corresponding with someone different. “I received my package and just decided it wasnāt what I wanted. I was issued a return label from cettire with DHL and shipped my order back to them thru DHL. DHL then loses my package in transit and Cettire has been no help on resolving my issue. First, not even acknowledging the fact that the package was lost AT ALL. Second, refusing to issue me a refund and then months later (itās now April 2021, I made this purchase November 2020) & they are Rebilling me for that same return when CLEARLY they need to be resolving whatever issues with DHL not charging me for a item that I 1. Did not want in the first place & 2. Returned !!! even though DHL is responsible for losing the package in the first place. Absolutely no communication between Cettire and I. They have not reached back out to me since the dispute and frankly the customer service from Cettire is one of the worst experiences Ive had with retail clothing and they have been 100% UNHELPFUL and unwilling to resolve my issue.”

“I ordered a t shirt and a pair of socks from Cettire but they never delivered the pair of socks to me. After multiple emails and messages on FB/IG they couldn't give me the proof that they packed everything and said DHL confirmed the weight of the package so it means they did include the socks in the package. I never receive the socks or whatsoever in the original delivery. I did take pictures and send them that there was only a t shirt inside. How much a pair of socks would weigh and make the difference??? This is a total scam. Please stay away from it!”
