It’s been almost a week since I received your email. i was expecting to get a response from Cettire this week which they failed to provide as usual.
The order was placed on 5th of February and today’s date is 19th of March. Why is it being so hard for Cettire to despatch this order 10642?
I found your business address in Google. Do you want me to go to your Melbourne office and make a formal complaint since you guys failed to resolve this matter?
This is a shame how Cettire as a business is dealing with this problem. I request Cettire to get me an answer as soon as possible

Whilst preparing your order #10642, unfortunately, the items you purchased is out of stock. We have been experiencing very high demand lately, and there could have been a mishap inadvertently showing this item as available when it was already sold.
In this situation, we would like to offer two options for you:
If you are interested in other items on our site, we can refund your order in store credit plus an additional 10%.
You are welcome to spend on any products regardless of item / brand / season etc. This can also apply to items on sale. If you choose this option you will be issued an electronic gift card which will be valid for 12 months.
If there is nothing that interests you on our site, we can cancel your order and refund to your original payment method.
While we wait for your feedback regarding these options, we will constantly monitor our stock and fulfil the order automatically if the item comes back in stock.

Cettire is definitely a scam. I ordered a bag and it came in obvious damaged condition. I requested for a refund and they told me wrong steps to stall the time. After a couple of emails they said they would initiate the return process, but they never send the return label. I was passed from many customer representatives and they said their logistic team will send me the return label but they never did! It was such a horrible process and I regretted so much not reading the review before making the purchase.

“Huge scam going on here. Ordered some off whites 6 days ago still haven’t gotten a status email that they claimed I would get. I got suspicious after and did a side by side comparison of a picture of the shoes, one picture from cettire and one picture from the off white website. Turns out the shoe in the picture from cettire has many differences from a picture from the actual website. I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ve ordered fake shows. Only thing I can do now is hope the shoes aren’t fake or hope I even get them at this point. Horrible company. Never buying from here again.”
“I ordered a Christmas Gift from Cettire. Women shoes size 9. They sent men's size 9 ands obviously I had to return them. You have the option to have in store credit for the purchase amount or 75% of the items purchase price refunded to you. I opted for the latter. I received my refund today Feb 22, 2021 after 3 attempts to have them credit my account earlier. One and done. I won't be using this company again.”
