“Do NOT ever buy from this site!! They have absolutely the worse customer service and return. You can only email them. There are no other means to contact them. I brought a Balmain jacket from them and the jacket came wrinkled and the corner of the label came off. I sent the jacket back for a refund 2 months ago and I have yet to see my refund. The same response to my many inquiries for more than a month is that they will look into. At this point I have lost all hope that I will be getting my money back.”
“I’ve bought two items from Cettire and returned them due to sizing issues. There returns policy is terrible compared to other online high end fashion retailers. The returned goods must be received by their overseas depot within 14 days of you receiving the item - this means you are at the whim of the delivery service and any delays can cost you your refund. I returned my two dresses weeks ago and even though DHL tracking shows they have been received in Italy I’m still waiting for refund. Now out of pocket $3000 Australian dollars. Do NOT BUY from this company no matter how good the discount”

“I received the wrong item. I ordered Bryelle 65 mm leather Jimmy Choo boots and received patent leather instead. They have the same boot listed in leather and patent leather listed on the web page. I know what I was ordering as I tried the same boots in one of the Saks stores in US. I ordered because I did not expect any issues and need to return the item. I tried contacting the company but one can only send the email. I cannot even initiate the return process. There is no phone number to talk to the customer representative. This is not good for business. Email communication is limited and does not allow for the problem to be solved fast. I have read the reviews that to say at least are not favorable. I am very hopeful we will be able to solve this issue in a satisfactory fashion. Do not think will purchase again from this site, no phone to call, limited communication and they also have rather complex (and expensive) return policy. There are other great sites like Matchesfashion, Net-a porter, Farfetch where you can talk to the representative and return policy is so much more customer friendly. Still waiting to hear from them and happy to update the review if they prove me wrong. In the mean time contacting the credit card company to start the dispute”

“I purchased a moschino cap in November 2020 for a Xmas present, unfortunately this unscrupulous company have refused a return on it as it is faulty, the peak flips up so you Carnt see the logo. Do not buy anything as there returns policy for returns is only 14 days, and as this was a present that’s not a lot of good to me. It took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered, so was over the 14 day return period before it was delivered!!!!AVOID at all costs !!!!

“This company has the worst return policy and customer service of any store I’ve ever shopped at. During Christmas time and during a national pandemic they refused to accept the return citing The item was not returned within 10 days even though file was 100% their fault as there was no paperwork in the box and They didn’t return my email for 3 to 4 days and they were not willing to make any accommodations or even give me a store credit!! Will never shop with this company again and I will tell everybody I know not to as well.
They provide no phone number whatsoever for their company and only communicate via email which is very slow if any response at all.”

“I followed all return procedures and refunded my item via DHL. It’s now been OVER A MONTH and I have still not received my refund. I emailed them and they said they have “technical difficulties” between them and DHL and aren’t giving me my return until it gets resolved. Ridiculous.”

I immediately packed it up and had my PA contact Cettire for the return label. Getting through to them took several days out of the 14 days i had yo get the item into their hands. When we finally managed to get the item accepted back it took a long time and prodding to get my money back. The refunded amount was shorted by around US $250. We demanded the balance which was denied by Cettire citing fine print which allows them to retain such large ‘return fee’. I objected and placed formal demands which met routine denials. They cited their agreement with their shipper which allows the amount to be withheld from refund. I am a man of principles and I plan to sue Cettire in small claims court in Los Angeles. I have been Private Client with Farfetch which has never failed to take care of me with no reservations. I have dealt with others like Luisa Via Roma and have never ran into a snag when it comes to customer service. It is my experienced opinion that Cettire has its own rules which are tight leashed and damaging to customers. Inasmuch as they do post done fine print which reserves right to keep a large portion of hapless customer’s payment they must be fully aware that mist people do not read fine print and that their practice is rare and unusual. No wonder it is internet marketers the likes of Farfetch which have repeat business and whose fair consumer practices favor their customers vs themselves. For these reasons I was happy to have spent with Farfetch in excess of US $150,000 and I continue spending. And it is exactly for the reasons stated above why Cettire will never sell me a single item. Bad business practices bring bad returns and bad publicity. I attest herein to the truthfulness of all above facts which include the ‘ approximate’ dollar amount of my money I paid to them in good faith. I will leave the final resolution to the California courts since the venue in which the transaction and contract took place was Beverly Hills and Malibu, California.”
