“Super BAD experience.
I purchased a bag for my mom as a Xmas gift. After two weeks, they sent me the 2.5 weeks, they told me the item I purchased was actually out of stock.
1. No updates on the tracking page, the only thing I saw on the website is order confirmation.
2. The notification email was sent to my spam box, but there was no follow up or anything.”
“I received my Prada boots in excellent time and the packaging was impeccable. The boots didn’t fit and I packed them back in their original condition and... mistakenly... sent them back via USPS and not DHL. I realized my error when I contacted Cettire and then was told that I had to get the box back - from Italy - via USPS and have it re-sent by DHL, and within 10 days. What has ensued has been a nightmare. The box has sat in an Italian airport customs office for a month, DHL confirmed that all Cettire has to do is send a courier to pick it up and deliver it to the warehouse, and nothing has been done. I have exchanged a flurry of emails with Cettire and get no results. I am out $1035.42 and have enlisted my bank to recover the money. I also am contacting the Melbourne Attorney General and Australian Better Business Bureau to report this company. Don’t order from them unless you like passive-aggressive customer service and being ripped off.”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot stress this enough. They deducted $143 dollars for duties and taxes from my return. It’s not stated in their return policy (it’s on a hidden fine print page on their website) they are not transparent. Then they told me they would make an exception and refund me but they never did. Their customer service is not truthful. If you are thinking about buying from this company save your time and money and buy elsewhere! There are many reputable companies- this is not one of them.”

I ordered a pair of Off White shoes. Your site states everything is authentic. They shoes were made in China. It was stamped on the tongue of the shoe. I contacted Cettire several times no response. I payed almost 500 hundred dollars. For a knock off. I tried to upload a picture but this site wouldn’t access.”

How naive were we thinking that this is a legit place to order a product for over 1500 USD. It seems that good reviews on Trustpilot are entirely fake - somebody pumping hard to keep up with real customer's negative experiences.
Money was taken from the credit card right away, but the only email I got is a confirmation email and no shipping mail up until today. I think this company is a complete scam and I'm afraid of learning it the hardest way for myself. I wish I didn't hit the 'Pay' button and didn't have to go through this now. I'm pretty sure I will have to dispute this transaction together with my bank.
BEWARE!
It's been more than a week and guess what: no shipping, no tracking number, no nothing, money gone from credit card a long time ago. They keep adding great reviews for themselves on Trustpilot, but you will see in between these what the real customer experiences are. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this scam.”
“I ordered a Moncler Jacket that showed up in a cardboard box with out any protective coverings, an exterior stain, without all the accessories hangers, tags, etc. I returned it and was refunded about $300 less than what I paid. The excuse being that they don't refund duties, which is not written in the return policy. Even after notifying them of a poor condition they refused to refund me in full. I disputed the transaction with the bank.
Another order I placed they have yet to ship after over 2 weeks, but my card was charged anyway, and no notice from Cettire on the shipping delay. Rather than deal with the useless customer service again, I also had to dispute the charge.
No more orders from Cettire for me! This is probably the all time worst company of luxury goods I have ever dealt with.”
“Purchased a Balmain jacket, size was way too small, it turned up in a plastic bag and not the suit jacket cover and hanger which Balmain send it in, is it fake ?
I returned the item and they charged me £150, £125 was import tax which they say is non refundable, they are terrible to deal with, customer service are useless, do not use”

“Bad inventory management, keeping the customers money in their account while many days delay of response, and then handling the situation by blaming the customer how they needed to send an email correctly.

“Be careful purchasing from this vendor! I bought speed runners on the 7th November 2020... they took my money whilst the trainers were sold out- I paid another £100 for another pair and they still don’t know where my trainers are and they do not reply with anything other than they will look into it! Looking at a bank charge back! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!”
“Would give this company zero stars if it were possible. Their return policy states that the item must be back in their factory within 14 days. They do not have a proper returns process on their website; you have to manually take the time to email them with all your order details and then wait 1 business day for reply. After this, they informed me that actually, the max time to contact them was after 10 days of receipt (being in the US), since after that time, the item would not arrive to their factory within the return period. This gives any US- based customer a whopping 9 days to open, decide, and follow up on their often expensive purchase. During these busy times, that is difficult. Further, if you are only a few days late as I was, the company takes a day to respond and does not accommodate the return request even though on their website they state it is at their discretion. Truly nasty and predatory practice. And I bought during holiday season; so this should have been a consideration but they rejected the return request anyway.
Avoid at all costs. Unless you want to be stuck with an item if you don’t immediately follow up.”
