The worst! Ordered a Prada belt that showed as unfulfilled while my other orders placed later had been shipped. Contacted them and just got the runaround. After waiting and waiting, I finally contacted them again and they said it's out of stock (but haven't issued a refund yet). The site shows the item is still available at a higher price than I paid. Scammers. Now I might have to refute on my cc.

Customer service is no good. Sends expensive things without signature required. No one is responsible for lists packages. The only person that has to eat the loss is the customer. Try to stay away!!!!

Very very unreliable company . Avoid dealing with them at any cost . They can simply cancel your order at any time . Read reviews before placing an order . Think twice !

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO BAD. I’m still speechless. I ordered a wallet and it was clearly damaged, I sent the pics but they didn’t do nothing. I still want to cancel my other order not yet delivered but they said it’s not possible without pay taxes. When it’s clearly written in they’re website that you can cancel an order without pay more if is not still delivered. And... I can’t cancel the order by myself cause the link with my orders is not available, so I need someone from costumer servire to do it. They answer after one day also and treated me like a stupid. Is it so difficult to cancel an order?

Bought a pair of Gucci Tights April 29th, i STILL have not received any tracking or any other information and its May 27th. I emailed them on May 11'th to ask for updates on my order, they said they would chase my order up with the fulfillment team. 2 weeks later they still keep saying the same thing, that they are following up with their fulfillment team, and if i dont want to wait i can cancel the order. Like i want my F-ing item that i paid for... I get no other information from them other that " we are chasing up your order with our fulfillment team.. blah blah blah" when i ask pointed questions on whats taking them so long to get back to you on my order they just say the same F-ing thing AGAIN. Worst customer service, if i ever get my order this is the first and last time i will be shopping with Cettire.

very poor service. i ordered two wallets on 18 may 2021. one was shipped immediately that day and I received it on 20 may 2021. the seller generated a DHL shipping label for other one on 18 may 2021 and it is still not yet shipped til today 24 may 2021. how ridiculous and how difficult it is to generate a shipping label but not calling DHL to pick up the parcel. i emailed the customer service agent for 3 times and they still cannot give me a definite answer when will it be shipped but just bullshitting "we will ship it asap". very ridiculous. very poor service and it is a scam.

I first time there didorder and the last, I sent my order 9 days ago they write to me that to return my money it should take 7 working days, 9 working days have passed my order they put up for sale, but there is still no money toltpo letter that they should check everything before returning the money, and I just tried on the jacket and put everything in a box and sent them.A very long refund process, I hope I will get them once, and it's $500

So recently I bought a pair of YSL earrings from Cettire. They came with a box and pouch/dust bag and are perfect. I bought the same pair last week as a present for a friend. I opened the box to check its all there. Unfortunately the pouch is missing this time. I email and asked why and if they could send me the pouch that is missing. This was the reply I got The packaging may vary, depending on each individual product. However, if your item does include the dust bag and/or original box, then it will certainly come with your order. Hope this helps. Honestly this is ridiculous. Makes me wonder if they are selling fake goods!! As if YSL would supply them the earring with no pouch to put them in. Really not happy. This is unacceptable.

This company refused to refund me for over a month on an item i sent right back that was dirty and didn’t look genuine. Over a month of Emails w excuses saying they were trying to figure out why i wasn’t refunded and nothing but garbage. I told them i was filing a dispute w my credit card company and they still Did nothing. Now i get an email saying they have shipped me Something when I haven’t ordered anything nor did i ever ask for a replacement and they refuse to answer me on what this is about. Now i get an email saying they see i filed a dispute so to go speak to my credit card company! All they have to do is refund and dispute can be cancelled but they refuse bc they are thieves!

They're total scambugs - complete frauds! I read up a few bad experiences about this site. I put the site to a simple test. I selected (didn't bag any in the cart so as to have no impact on "stock") the same product in different browsers, different windows (same browser), and different tabs (same browser and same window). They had different "stock availability", different prices, and different sizes for same product that shared the same features. For instance, a particular product size is "not available" in one tab, only to be "available" in another, and "not available" in a third. The prices for the same product are all over the place. These guys certainly have little to no stock. They've arguably designed their algorithms to create "quick stock movements" to propel non-suspecting prospects/customers to "buy", only "to find out" that the product "ran out". The intention seems to be that the victim of this scam will not "delay any buy-decisions" on the next (hopefully) available item.

I purchased a pair of sandals with a discounted price. Few days later the customer service contacted me saying this item was out of stock. I happened to save the purchase link and saw the exact same item was still for sell, but the discount was removed. Then I reached out to customer service, asking if they can proceed with my order. They replied me that they were not the same item, while the product id in the web page and the one I saw in my order are the same. I feel being teased....

I have been partially refunded for items that i had returned timely and first they tell me a package was not received which they signed for upon delivery and now theyr telling me that i sent the package with the wrong return label when i returned ALL of the items i had bought and since they are all delivered and in their posession i should be given a full refund instead of partial. By the way this refund process took over a month only for me to get a partial refund! STAY AWAY!!!

Ordered April 28th and haven’t received shipping confirmation as of today, May 13th. The responses to emails have been timely, but nothing is being done about the problem. I’ve requested a refund. Hopefully I can at least get my money.

I regret that I dismissed the scathing reviews, and ordered anyway. While 1 of the items has arrived, the box was mangled and I need to return the garment for sizing issues. The return process is already painful. They have issues with their site and I have been unable to set up an account. I have sent 5 emails requesting a return label and form and they continue to ignore my request and direct me to my non existent account. I will not be ordering from them again.

I guess cettire is a hit or miss. Cettirre was definitely a miss for me. I ordered a pair of sandals just because they had the best price to offer. I received an order confirmation while the item I wanted was indeed in stock in my desired color and size. I ordered this (April 29, 2021)... 11 business days ago. Still no tracking information. Still nothing. I contacted customer service and they are of no help. I noticed the shoe a few days later was $200 cheaper ( on the Cettire website) than what I paid and they did not reply to my response when I asked if a price match option was available or I can cancel and re order. Will never shop here again. Will follow up with an update.

Extremely bad experience with this company. They would accept your order and then send an email a day or 2 later, telling you they do not have stock. Even if you are lucky enough to get a refund, you will lose on exchange difference if you paid in a different currency. I just heard many customers experienced the same thing.

Everything was great when I bought the item delivery came on time until the item was too big on me and I tried to send it back and get a refund that is when the nightmare when it started !!! Not what I was expected from big company like that it took for the refund almost 4 weeks and I was chasing it every day to get the refund even though I’ve sent the item and they had it in their warehouse over three weeks and it took over three weeks me chasing it to get a refund disgusting policy I will never ever buy anything from this company And when I had enough of ask how to raise a complaint I’ve sent four emails to the Customer Service and get back to me go around the circle and never telling me how I can raise a complaint Not great company at all

Please do not buy from Cettire if you want to loose money or get frustrating. I ordered 2 times from this page. They do not have stocks to send. They send email to offer refund. They do not response to your emails. You can not call them because they do not have a number. I get one refund and the other one I have to call bank to get the money back.
