“DO NOT EVER BUY ANY ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased online a pair of boots, changed my mind before they arrived and sent them back unopened once I received the box. The company claimed I damaged the shoes and refused to accept them back. I have never experienced anything like this and have been purchasing online since online shopping started. This company are highly unprofessional in their lack of response (they claim you have to accept the return or they will charge your card further) and are absolute thieves. I wish I would have read reviews prior to ever parting with my money. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM CETTIRE EVER!!!”

“I received a Missoni sweater from Cettire earlier this month, my first purchase. The sweater was more than $300, less than other retailers. What I received is authentic but unfortunately it was not the correct color. I did not want to deal with their return process and instead tried to work with Cettire to verify the color I should have received in the first place was actually available and could ship correctly. I was willing to pay for both, keep the incorrect item and purchase the one I wanted again. I expected to spend the same amount I originally paid for the second purchase and for the original incorrect sweater to reflect their current pricing. However, after 20 emails trying to work with customer service to alter prices to what made sense, I was told 5% was their best offer. I’ll never shop with Cettire again, it’s too risky to me.
I think it is truly telling that Cettire has no phone service and instead only uses emailing.
I received responses maybe every 24 hours, and each responder was new. Each email seemed like a stock response which made the communication process entirely frustrating. I don’t understand how a company who sent me the wrong item in the first place wouldn’t want to help me out when I was willing to keep the incorrect item and repurchase what I really wanted. The 5% reduction was less than what I could have gotten had I just simply retuned the incorrect item and then repurchased again but I don’t trust their return process.
Options like MR Porter may not offer as good of pricing but I feel secure shopping there and really appreciate that speaking to a human directly is possible.”
“Items in my order came promptly. However, many did not fit or were not suitable and needed to go back. Returns were sent by their carrier however, refunds are very difficult to attain. Unless you are 100% sure of what your are buying, don't do business with this company. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.”

I bought a pair of golden goose sneakers from Cettire in October 2021. I’ve worn them maximum 4 times and the rubber on the both sides of the shoe has started to lift (break away from the fabric).
I got in contact with Cettire and advised them of the fault and their response was simply ‘wear and tear’. This is utterly unacceptable and disgusting as these shoes have BARELY been worn. I will never buy from this company again and will make it loud to anyone who thinks about purchasing from this company.

“I ordered a coat from this brand, received the order confirmation and patiently waited for several days to receive the shipping confirmation. 5 days after ordering, I reached out to their customer service inquiring when it would ship and 2 days later I received and email saying that their system detected my order as fraudulent therefore they canceled the order. I was extremely frustrated as I really wanted this coat, after doing some research I found that this practice is even illegal, since I as a buyer submit the payment and therefore carried out my part of the deal but they did not. Avoid ordering from this company by all means.”
