I am not happy with the shopping. The item I bought from Cettire was like a fake one, so I returned it immediately. But I haven’t received refund so far after delivery and there is no update of the process shown on its website. Weirdly, I even cannot find the area to write my review on the official website. How those beautiful comments come from? No recommendation at all. Now I only hope to get my money back!

Don’t buy from Them I wanted the Cartier sunglasses ask them question about it showed them I am interested and they immediately raise the price !!!! You never do it to a client and not to mention they never respond my question

I WISH THERE IS AN OPTION TO GIVE THIS COMPANY A NEGATIVE STAR BECAUSE THATS HOW CRAPPY THIS COMPANY IS. ANYONE THAT IS PLANNING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I SUGGEST YOU BEWARE AND NOT!!! THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM AND THERE WERE HICCUPS EVERY TIME!!!!. THEY'RE NOTORIOUS FOR CANCELING ORDERS "DUE TO OUT OF STOCK".. WELL CETTIRE THIS WILL BE MY VERY LAST TIME PURCHASING FROM YOU GUYS... VERY CRAPPY SCAMMY COMPANY . I PLACED AN ORDER ON NOV 28TH AND EMAILED THEM IMMEIDATELY BECAUSE I ALREADY KNEW THEY WOULD CANCEL MY ORDER STATING IT IS OUT OF STOCK!!!!!.. NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL WHATSOEVER... 5 DAYS LATER THEY EMAILED ME STATING MY ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK AND GAVE ME 2 OPTIONS (FULL REFUND OR STORE CREDIT WITH ADDITIONAL 10%..) I HAD CHOSEN STORE CREDIT BECAUSE THERE WAS ANOTHER ITEM I WAS INTERESTED IN. ONCE AGAIN I EMAILED THEM FOR UPDATES REGARDING THE ITEM... THIS TIME 7 DAYS HAD GONE BY AND NO ONE REPLIED TO MY EMAILS.. ON THE 8TH DAY THEY SENT ANOTHER EMAIL STATING MY ITEM WAS *OUT OF STOCK AGAIN!!* LIKE ARE YOU FREAKING JOKING WITH ME OR WHAT? HOW THE HELL DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS WITH ALL THESE OUT OF STOCK ITEMS THAT YOU HAVE YET TO KNOW ABOUT?!?!?!?! SO I WANTED TO SEE WHAT MY FINAL OUTCOME WOULD BE SO I DECIDED TO CHOOSE GIFTCARD AGAIN. I PLACED MY FINAL ORDER LAST MONDAY (DEC 13TH 2021), TODAY IS (DEC 20TH, 2021) THEY EMAILED ME STATING THEY COULDNT VERIFY MY IDENTITY OR PAYMENT IN USE !!!! WHAT ON EARTH?!!?!? YOU GUYS GAVE ME A STORE CREDIT TO USE AND NOW YOU SAY YOU COULDN'T VERIFY MY IDENTITY OR PAYMENT IN USE? STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE !! CLOSE DOWN YOUR BUSINESS! I can honestly say this has been the worst experience of my life purchasing clothing online. I have ordered from these twice and both times had an absolute nightmare I should have learnt my lesson the first time. They have sent me the wrong item and I am emailing them and after 4-days finally get a response and they don't even acknowledge that they've sent the wrong item. They I have just said they are sorry to hear that I am not satisfied with my order lol I am trying to reply to ask how I can get the right pair but no joke the minimum response time is 24-hours. I have just been told if the career doesn't have the item back in their position within 10 days of me receiving it the return is void. It took them 4 days to respond but they have the cheek to tell me I need to have have the item with the courier by day 10 even though they have sent me completely the wrong item. Even the first order the size did not fit even though I followed their size guide. They would not do an exchange they had put the prices up of the trainers so when I went to reorder they were now £40 more and they refused to to give me the initial price. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier but when they reply via email you do not get an answer to any of your questions it is so frustrating waiting for a response to get one and not even be acknowledged. Most of their emails just copy and paste information from their website rather than actually reply to you regarding your questions. If you read reviews around the internet everybody is having the same experience and they do not care. Beware of this company they like to try and put on chargers if parcels are not returned within 14-days. I was even accused of refusing the parcel because the parcel arrived earlier than on the emails were telling me me. The company had the cheek to tell me if I refuse the parcel I would get £150 fine and would have to pay for the return and Customs fees do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.

buyer beware! sent a return literally immediately after receiving it due to sizing issues. it's been 10 business days and still no refund. customer service is nonexistent. and they're trying to position themselves as a luxury boutique??? what a joke. shop at ssense.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It’s been 1.5 months since my order shipped and never arrived. After numerous emails with their “customer service” team the issue is still not resolved and they won’t refund my money after I requested to just cancel the order two weeks ago. They keep saying they are waiting for replies from their dispatch or logistics team before they can cancel the order, and it’s a complete runaround and a scam. I filed a claim with my bank to investigate and get my money back. I will never purchase from Cettire again and will instead use other reputable luxury retailers that have actual customer service to purchase items in the future.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen .. they ignore your emails & don’t Come back to you ? .. I have something to return & I can’t because they have ignored me to help me return ? It’s a joke ? Would never order another item from these !!

Canceled an order almost a month ago , no refund so far . The sad part is they market them self as a high end boutique . I had better customer service in the gap . They are not answering any emails or have a phone number . I hope you read this before you buy something here

I should literally copy and paste the review right before me. I ordered a balmain seater and they’d hopped me the t shirt version which is worth $400 less. I’m so mad as I have now sent 4 different emails asking them to resolve this and have received 0 back. I’m going to call my bank on Monday to dispute the charge if they do not get back to me ASAP. Avoid Cettire like the plague. I have added a pic of what I ordered and of what I received.

Customer service is absolutely useless. By far the worst online retailer I have ever bought from. If you make a complaint they just send the same standard email basically saying nothing that goes wrong is their fault.

Please dont order from here, they have a strict 2week return policy during a holiday season. They are horrible they sent me a completely different shirt then the one i ordered and they are refusing to issue me a refund or accept the return. 2 weeks for a return is completely ridiculous & is too short a period of time. I am a working women i dnt open my packages right away. This is a nightmare. Dont order from them around christmas time naturally because if u order the wrong size (or they send u the wrong item) they wont take it back after christmas

The worst customer service ever! My package was shipped without custom form, never arrived. It was returned to Cettire. Sent more than 20 e mails. I’m waiting 4 MONTHS for refund . PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I bought a pair of prada boots, they arrived big diper so I sent them again. I am waiting for my refund and I send emails but nobody answers me. very disappointed.

I ordered a Valentino shirt and it arrived with a stain on the collar and way too large for me.After corresponding with them for me to return the piece in order for me to re-order a smaller size .I received an email a week later stating they have received the shirt and will proceed with my refund. Guess what,the same “stained” shirt that I couldn’t wear is sent back to me! After ignoring my numerous email,they finally claimed it’s a stained shirt they couldn’t refund! It’s ridiculous! I’ve shopped my entire life and this is the most unscrupulous company I’ve seen. A fraud!

SAVE YOURSELF from having a major headache. I bought a bag from Cettire and received it defective. The strap was wrinkled crazily as if someone had worn it for YEARS. I returned it immediately. They received it days ago, but I haven't received the refund yet. I disputed it. I will never buy again from this website.

Wish I read all the reviews on here before I shopped at this place. Bought my wives Christmas present on the 15 November thinking plenty of time to get posted out……Still waiting for at least an email saying they have Picked my item. NOTHING! I have started emailing 2 weeks ago but received one reply saying they would look into it. The last 5 days I have been asking to Cancel my order so I could at least try and get something else as a present. Still Nothing!! Do Not Shop at this site!! I have been online shopping for years and this is by far the worst I have seen. Spend your money somewhere else.

They’ve had my return for two weeks now and have not issued a refund, I emailed them 3 days ago and no response I’m doing a chargeback because I have my return delivery confirmed.

So...this is the first time I ever leave a bad review in my +10 plus online shopping experience.I have Ofcourse have experienced a bit of discomfort before with other online shops but I totally understand that when you shop online things like delays,unpredictable customs,different than the photo products etc may occur,it’s all in the program.BUT...this time I feel it’s my obligation to warn people before buying for the first time as I genuinely think,especially when reading 100+ negative reviews expressing the same issues with me,that I have been scammed and I will never receive what I payed for.Its been 15 days since I placed the order and only after my last e-mail (After numerous e-mails) that I told them that I would open a case with my bank they miraculously sent me immediately a ‘tracking number’ where it shows that nothing has been picked up since last week.I truly believe that they don’t have pay pal as an option because you can claim your money back faster and easier.Also I didn’t feel safe while paying with the credit card as they don’t ask for an extra pin like all other websites do.Lastly I find it unethical that they daily delete their customers comments on Instagram where they complain about their missing orders and the fact that they leave fake positive reviews in other sites.Save a grey hair and your money and just shop from reliable places like farfetch,net-porter,Luisaviaroma,matchesfashion.They should be reported!
