worst experience of my life, made a purchase on this website 3 months ago and I still have received it. They refuse to cancel my order and refund me!! They provided a invalidate waybill number with DHL. Customer service is absolutely horrific, when asking for any updates regarding your purchase, they’ll provide you the same answer over, over over again. DO NOT BUY!!!!! Where’s my refund Cettire!!!!”
“Worst company to buy from brought 4x jeans they didn’t dispatch x1 and didn’t notify me about this then took a further 3 weeks to refund my money. I kept x1 and returned x3 and the refund has taken 5-6 weeks although item was returned within a few days of delivery. Please Avoid or you will be a unhappy customer like me.”

I ordered to items from them about a month ago.
They used DHL to deliver the items, but DHL never delivered the items to me. DHL Sent me a formal declaration that they, in fact, didn’t deliver the items to my location. I gave Cettire this DHL declaration and they still don’t know what to do.
They keep telling me that they are checking with their supervisors.

“They are scammers. Beware if you need to return anything. I bought two Versace belts that I returned and bought over on their site. It's been two months and they have not refunded me. If you buy from them just have your card company deal with them on returns because they will find every excuse not to refund you.”

“I purchased an expensive (about $240) pair of shoes as a Christmas gift. I ordered early - given the global shipping delays - and the shoes arrived on Dec 13. On Christmas day, after opening the box, I learned that the shoes were a touch too big. Cettire does not offer exchanges (in and of itself, odd), and when i asked about returns, I learned that returns had to be made within 10 days of receipt - clearly i was out of luck. They made no exceptions for Christmas, so i am left high and dry, to the tune of $240. I will never order from such a customer-unfriendly store again.”
“DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Don’t be led into a false sense of security by the prices. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered my son an Off White T shirt in large 40 chest for Christmas. He always has large in Off White tops. I didn’t open it as it was packaged so nicely. When he opened on Christmas Day it was massive. When we measured it was 54 inch around the chest. I left it 2-3 days to get Christmas done and then contacted Cettire to return. They refused and said it’s too late, you should have returned on Boxing Day. I looked again at the website and the item I’d bought because I couldn’t understand why it was so big. I had used the size chart next to the item and nowhere did it say the item was ‘oversized’ or didn’t fit ‘true to size’ . Had I known this I would have ordered a small. They suggested I contact Off White who will tell me that it’s an oversized T shirt, but that is not how it was advertised or sold, so it’s irrelevant. I have now contacted Trading Standards and ACCC because this company should not be allowed to trade.”
“Order was confirmed then sent and email sorry no product available. Yes they comminuted this to me that I had options voucher or refund. I chose option 1 give me a voucher to pick something else so i did that. No voucher in my email so I asked them where it was. Return email from them to say oh no we have refunded your money. Customer service needs to improve and I want my money back please. Still waiting. . . Will never use this site again. I really thought this was legit I am normally so thorough when buying on line. Very disappointed.”
“I purchased this item via Cettire.com on Nov 14 it got stuck at US customs and then was shipped back to Cettire by DHL. This item NEVER reached me. They have now received their item and are stating that it will take them 7 business days to check the item, and only then they will "Process the refund accordingly" ?? Attaching latest emails and also DHL tracking. The fact that I have to go through all of this is really disappointing.”
“I bought a purse for my wife as a Christmas present. She did not like it and I contacted Cettire to return it (which you have to do by contacting customer service) on December 29. I was told I only had 10 days to initiate a return. I appealed since it was a Christmas gift and they denied my again. Never buy from Cettire!”

“This is holidays. During holidays it is not easy return in 10days or 14days. At least they give an other size to get. It is small for me not to wear this jacket. Do I have to throw my money $800 away without getting or returning???”
“I ordered a pair of shoes and they didn’t fit me so As soon as O got them I returned them and one month after that they sent me the shoes again because they were “damaged”. The sole was completely clean so they knew they weren’t used but they didn’t care. Worst experience ever buying online. Don’t use this website ever.”

“Worst customer experience ever - so far. Among other items, I ordered from Cettire an outfit. 1 cadigan and 3 trousers.
First problem: Out of the 3 trousers Cettire delivered only 2. Told Customer service, no response to that issue. Second problem: The cardigan was delivered right away. For the trousers it took them 12 days. The moment I was able to have a look on the whole outfit (day 13). It was already too late to return the cardigan (return policy on item level is 10days max). I am sitting now with a cardigan, i cannot return and 1 trouser i cannot return since i never received it.
Customer care is only pasting standard messages - no help at all!”
“I purchased a dress on November 14th. The dress came immediately. The quality was terrible. I sent Cettire over 20 emails requesting a return label. They refused and would send me odd emails in the middle of the night asking me to look in my spam for the return label. After writing a review of the company, they finally sent me a label. They received the dress on December 10th and refuse to credit my account. This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had. They still have not credited my account. Please run from Cettire, don't walk, RUN.
