Hi all around the worlds customer I want to share my experience about online purchasing from this web I bought item not arrived waiting 2 month and some how DHL was return to Suppiler they are revived showing DHL web but still my money not refund yet . I don’t know how long I have to wait again plz I personal not recommend this cettire How cheap product was not buy from them . Customers service team was very very poor all the time different person and not result issue Be careful be careful

I had to wait nearly a month just for a refund!!! They keep saying the same stuff on email’s and using different names it’s ridiculous.

This is a fraudulent site . I purchased my shoes a week ago and they have yet to send me a tracking number or confirmation. The money has been deducted from my account and they have yet to respond to my inquiry.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE NEVER EVER ORDER FROM CETTIRE. NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I ORDERED A FEW EXPENSIVE BAGS TO CHOOSE FROM AS THEY HAVE FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS AND NOW THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME FOE ANY OF THE BAGS THAT I HAVE RERURNED. I HAVE EMAILED LOADS OF TIMES AND THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW DO NOT BUY AT CETTIRE. I AM OWED HUNDREDS OF POUNDS. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS

Ordered a designer handbag and it come with a dent they said they take care but I just took it out of its cover by the handle and the dent was on the front of the bag over a week and a half lasted they still haven’t done anything. Please don’t buy from this place..

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!! Cettire is refusing to issue out my refund even though DHL has confirmed they delivered to the wrong person. I have in writing they missed delivered yet they still will not refund.

PLEASE save yourself the headache and DO NOT order from this company. No phone-based customer service. I've been trying to receive my refund for WEEKS since my item has been returned and they haven't given me a clear answer (they took 3 weeks to ship my order in the first place). My only option at this stage seems to be emailing every day until I get my money back. Unbelievably awful and probably the worst customer experience I've had ordering online, and all for one shirt. The discounts are not worth it. Do not, do not, do NOT order from Cettire.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! i returned a £400 item within the time frame and it’s been 4/5 weeks and still no refund. They’re sending the same scripted email every time we write to them but just putting different names at the bottom of the email. Honestly does not look like they’re giving me my money back so having to take it further!!!!!! DO NOT USE CETTIRE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I really cannot stress this to you enough!! I bought two Balmain blazers, one white and one black as i couldn’t decide when shopping online. I checked the online return policy which seemed legitimate so i bought both to try on. Neither blazer fit, so i boxed up the blazers in the packaging they arrived in and sent them back with the suitable returns forms. The return window is VERY short so i made sure i contacted Cettire and returned the blazers within the right timeframe to ensure i received my refund. They took ages to respond to the point where i said please send me a returns label i’m going to be outside of your returns period. I was eventually sent a returns label and posted the blazers back to Cettire. I then receive an email saying i’ve been refunded for ONE blazer. Customer Services we’re useless, always a different person with a copied and pasted response which was in a different sized font which made it obvious they didn’t care about customer complaints. I was eventually told that because i sent the blazers back in one box they cannot be processed efficiently and needed to be sent back separately, i have NEVER heard of this in my life but after reading another negative review they have also done this to other people to scam people. I bought the blazers on 2nd November, after 60- no joke- 60 emails to this awful awful scam company, i wasn’t getting anywhere- they were keeping £1100 of my money hoping i would get tired of fighting for it, but i didn’t- it’s now Feb 2nd- 3 months later i contact my bank and screenshot them all of my evidence- including negative reviews with cases similar to mine and they retrieved my money back- thank god! All i can say is this- they are a scam company- stealing money from people and hoping people give up trying to get their money back. I also didn’t quite believe the blazers were genuine, ive bought one from Selfridges since which was completely different so i think this website it selling counterfeit goods- they need to be investigated! Do not buy from these fraudsters, and if you’re struggling to get your money back like me, contact your bank and give them as much evidence as possible!!

Still getting the runaround on my return of r13 boots with tags still attached never worn. This company is a scam. My item did not fit me and I returned it the very next day. It is now three weeks since they received the item back and I still have not been refunded. Avoid this website at all costs!!

Please don’t order from them.. I ordered a moncler hat for my nephew for Christmas on December 17th it is now Feb 1sT and still nothing.. They was supposed to refund me and still have not.. I gave up and put in a dispute with my bank to resolve the issue

I ordered boots from this site. Emailed customer service within 24 hours just to ask about the return policy and order cancellations. Next thing I know I get the email that my order is canceled. Then just a little bit later I get another lengthy email that my order cannot be fulfilled because supposedly the fraud system did not validate something about my credit card which was a total BS because I use the credit card all the time never any problems. I started investigating and I went on their site- boot that I ordered in my shoe size it was sold out so I think the whole thing was just to cover up that they oversold the product. I would have been much happier if they send me email with apology and really telling the truth of what happened rather than insulting my intelligence. And they call themselves luxury goods website- all I can say is - avoid unpleasant experiences even if you have to pay a little more I would go somewhere else more legitimate and customer service oriented.

Cettire took my money, and sent me an empty sunglasses box. When this situation was flagged with customer service they put the blame on the shipping company, they also dismissed any responsibility and stated because the weight of the item they sent matched the weight of the item I recieved this was a successful delivery. No attempt to rectify the fact that they did not send me the item that I paid for. They are a horrible, horrible company run on pure incompetence. Do not purchase from these scam artists!!!

Cettire did not send the shoes, because there was an error on the price that was shown on the website. Based on the 10% discount they proposed to me on the correct price the shoes were exactly the same price as I bought them for. Arguing via e-mail about nothing and waited 1,5 month before they refund the payment.

returning something is a nightmare. first the return pages never load on their site so they tell you there's a glitch and was fixed but never fixed so after many emails/time/frustrations they finally agree to email me a return label. item has been returned and after 2 weeks still no refund. the item was shipped back unused with tags intact and no damage. i have purchased from other luxury sites for many years and have never had this type of experience. i decided to write a review after i also noticed all comments on their social media are deleted.

I placed an order in December for 2 rings, returned both rings and they were received by them on 21st December. 1 week ago after constantly chasing my refund I received a refund for ONE ring and they are now trying to say they only received one in their warehouse - I'm not leaving it there, this is theft on their part. The customer service and email responses have been rude and dismissive - I would advise to avoid if you can get what you are looking for elsewhere to avoid having similar issues as I am having.

If you submit a refund request, which is extremely like from Cettire, you won’t receive a dime. My refund request took three months and is still not closed. customer services are either ghosting or playing dumb. They escalate you to a random person only god knows if that person existed, and no further replay ever since.
