“For someone who has spent over $15,000 and never once returned a purchase. I am so disappointed with this company. I returned a recent purchase that did not fit and requested to have a store credit to use it for another purchase. It’s been a month and still nothing. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They don’t respond to emails and when do they do 10days later, the email doesn’t even address your concerns. There’s no care for their customers. I will advise you spend your money else where. Farfetch, SSENSE for example have amazing customer service. Don’t waste your money with a company that doesn’t value your business. I would give a 0 star if I could.”

“I purchase a pair of Salvatore Ferragamo flats from Cettire and within two weeks of wear the buckle on one of them came off. When I took them to a ferragamo store to see if they could repair I was advised the shoes are fakes. They didn’t have a chip that ferragamo current shoes have and showed me a real pair which also had different stitching. Cettire sells counterfeit goods!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered boots which did not fit. Within an hour of receiving the boots, I requested a return label and repacked them. The boots were delivered back to Cettire on 1/3/22. I emailed them for over a month inquiring about my refund. In my last email I stated that I thought they were scamming me. Within days (2/14/22) I received an email from DHL stating I had an upcoming delivery from Cettire. I sent them an email and, of course for this, they replied immediately and with an actual answer. They stated the boots were too damaged from wear to be refunded. The boots that didn’t even fit on my feet, that I never actually wore and barely had in my possession. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO AVOID REFUNDING YOU.”

I bought a number of items in the lead up to Christmas. Their returns window is so short and even though there were extensive postage delays over Xmas, they did not have an extended Xmas returns policy. Nevertheless I still managed to book my returns within their window, but actually getting my money back was a huge debacle. Terrible and unhelpful customer service, they send generic and vague one sentence replies just for the sake of replying. Only when I lodged fraudulent transactions with my bank almost 2 months later did I finally get my money back.”
