I can't believe that at Christmas the policy is not extended until at least the end of the year. Don't give them your business since they don't take the time of year into consideration.”

After 3 days of placing the order they mailed that one item is out of stock and they ask to provide a voucher of 110% of the price instead of a refund? Hello, whats going on, I want to shop clothing not to hold vouchers to finance a shitty company?
I answered immediately that they can easily ship another color as well so I don't really care about this "out of stock notice". They refused my offer with really unfriendly words that this is not possible for CETTIRE.
I was really upset to get such an awful customer service and said they should cancel the whole order as I'm not willing to do business with these people. For me Onlineshopping is to place an order, pay and get it, nothing more. I don't have time to chat every day with another xxxx from their customer support.
They don't come back to me and shipped the other item out.
So days later a damaged and broken shipment arrived when i was not at home. My husband didn't sign because of this issue and refused the shipment. A week later a CETTIRE customer employee wrote an email to charge me 125$ for refusing the order. She told me to get the shipment immediately and said after getting the shipment returning the item is free of charge.
So I don't really know what these guys are doing in Down under.
Anyway the item was shipped back, tracking says already delivered. And still no refund. The last email was: Kindly note that we do not operate during the weekends and public holidays. We will review this matter on the next coming business day.
The next business day is already over and no response!
This company has no clue about customer service. Stay away if you you want a fast and easy shopping experience!

“Absolutely awful company! I’ve ordered from them before (about a year ago now) and was completely fine. But i ordered a palm angels jumper for my sisters 18th birthday. The order was confirmed on the 1st of January with expected 3-7 days shipping. Fast forward to the 20th of January, after several emails with automated responses, they finally emailed me at 3am saying that my item was out of stock. I have opted for a refund, but am sure that will be another hassle. If i don’t receive a refund within 5 days, my dad, a financial law solicitor, will be taking the case with trading standards.”

“After placing an order for Prada Espadrilles 5 days ago, and anxiously waiting for the shipment, I got an email now telling me that they canceled it due to failed validation from their fraud team LOL. Mind you that I constantly use my credit card and no website has canceled the card for any reason and I have thousands of dollars in there, so their reason for the cancellation was really vague and made NO sense. Ich habe 3 Paare Stiefel bestellt , und die zwei Paare davon praktisch sofort zurück geschickt, da sie nicht gepasst haben.
Eine Erstattungsbenachrichtigung habe ich erst nach ca 3 Wochen (nach Waren Eingang ) bekommen !!!! Für die Bestellungen habe ich zwei Kredit Karten verwenden bzw verschiedenen Banken. Auf eine wurde der Betrag relativ schnell gut geschrieben (2-3tage), auf die andere bis dato noch nicht !!!! Die Erstattung sollte am 16 Dezember 2021 erfolgt gewesen sein...!!!
Auf meinen zahlreichen E-Mails, einen Überweisungsbeleg mir zukommen zu lassen, kriege ich nur standardisierte Antworten von customer service...kein Beleg , nichts!!!!
Also ohne Anwalt geht es leider nicht weiter...460eur werde ich jetzt auch nicht verschenken wollen ..
Meine Bank hat ja auch bestätigt, dass es keine Überweisung gab...

I sent emails and finally someone responded by email.
I returned my purchase and it was then returned to me; so I had to send it back again.
I’m sending it back again and I expect to receive my refund.
If there are anymore issues; I’m going to contact the better business bureau.

“Purchased Cartier glasses on December 31st haven’t yet received nor be able to get a refund for this purchased item it’s now January 10th. Cettire does not communicate well and your unable to contact them through phone they tend to send you an email out say that your item was shipped out but when you check the link of your order to dhl it shows that they’ve yet received the order. I previously had an account where I’ve had no problem purchasing a few things but I would say I’ve had to email representatives just in order for me to get my item.”
