“Spent a ton of time picking things out for a Black Friday sale, made two orders, and both were cancelled because of “fraud” concern—apparently in order to get me to order again without the Black Friday discount. I checked with my credit card company and they stated clearly that there had been no concern about fraud. After waiting to hear from customer service, they just asked me to order again with a new card (of course removing the discount—and the items weren’t available anyway). I will definitely not be ordering from this site in the future and strongly suggest that you don’t waste your time with them.”
“This platform is a scam. I returned two items under the same shipping label a pair of Ganni boots and a Ganni top. I was sent a shipping label after I requested a return from the vendor (originally wanting an exchange for a different size shoe) and after months of frustrating communication, the company has now told me that I didn't return the item using the correct shipping label so its my fault. They emailed me the shipping label directly with out any information on it being for a specific item. Because I returned the shoes without doing a direct exchange I had to purchase the size that I needed. I had to return the shoes again due to one of the feet having an insole issue (the insole was smaller than the shoe making it very uncomfortable). I sent back the item (not knowing that the customer service staff are imbeciels and even though the item has been received at the return depo they are not refunding my purchase. I am now out of pocket about $450 US. This has been the worst shopping experience I have been a part of. This company has shocking customer service. As an Australian working in the fashion industry, I am ashamed that this company is run by Australians. Do not shop from this platform.”

“I purchased an item in early October. Within a week, I received an incorrect item. I returned the incorrect item and was reassured the correct item, which was/is in stock would be sent immediately. I’ve sent weekly emails checking the status for over two months, asking to speak with a supervisor or my complaint to be escalated, speaking with a new customer service representative each time who replies with the generic response that someone will address this in the next business day. Not surprisingly, no one has ever responded any differently. At this point, I’m at a loss, just wanting a refund and certain I will never ever buy anything from a company with horrendous customer service - the worst I’ve ever experienced. “It’s a big scam company! These people sell luxurious clothes and shoes but have a bad mentality and corporate structure. They don’t really answer your questions, response time is really slow and every time you answer a new employee re-answers so you don’t get anywhere with your problem.
There stocking computer is not working properly or I suspect them to sell on different platforms so your order gets canceled often because there isn’t stock available. A day later it can be restocked and they don’t give you the opportunity to buy first because your order got canceled a day or an hour before! The refund is very annoying as well, you have to wait for about 10 days for your money to be refunded. Which is a long time seeing you have to pay immediately with a big chance on cancellation of your order and your money will be frozen for almost two weeks.
This way of doing business is not to bind customers to your company but to sell fast and for every customer who is angry, disappointed or stops buying they think other customers will buy there stuff anyway. Only thing we customers can do is make a little honest review on honest review websites!”
