“Afrter one week of waiting my order 2230432 wasnt dispatched. They offered refund but i have to pay cancellation fee! Why? All orders should be processed in 4-7 days and such a delayisn't my fault. Wont order abything from them in future.”
“Awful! Do not buy! I bought an expensive bag on their website, used it 5 days and the handle ripped. I contacted customer services and basically was told it was my fault. Well I've had dozens of bags over the years and none have ripped after 5 days; especially since I only used it a few hours each day and I am very careful with my things, so the bag was clearly defected. I tried to get customer services to take some responsibility for items they sell and was told to take it to a repair shop as this was not their concern. I even got attitude from a Manager who replied to my email saying she would no longer reply to me! Rude! Honestly!! Avoid!!”

I ordered a Jacquemus bag and a Marc Jacobs tote and both were proven fake. They’re sneaky fakes but with noticeable differences if you know your brands. Jacquemus came with a fake logo (see picture) where the font is different from the real ones, especially the “A”. Marc Jacobs had a zipper from YKK, which MJ doesn’t use.
Their customer service is trash and kept insisting the bags are real. I might have to sue.”

However my last order was lost and took up to 2 weeks to rectify.(unfair barraging seeing as Cettire trust DHL as their delivery provider) I did place another order for the same item at a higher price , which should have been price adjusted with the original sale price but wasn’t. I have paid 153€ for the jumper and when i returned the item, they deducted taxes, shipping fee etc, so at the the end I have received back only €108.

I am starting to see a number of fraudulent transactions coming from this company attempting to be charged to my cards. This company is a complete scam and likely will steal and sell your card information. Beware before dealing with them.”
“Made my purchase on 23/4/23 and today 8/5/23 I have not received anything yet. CETTIRE email me a DHL tracking number on 5/5/23 and no shipment update so i decided to call DHL to verify.
To my disappointment, CETTIRE did not pass them my item to be delivered. CETTIRE is making a false front and misled me thinking they have already pass item to DHL. But they did not.

Upon tryin to make a return online I kept getting an error message . They don’t have a live number to talk to someone so I sent emails everyday then on the 13th day I was told I can’t return the items. I was told it has to be picked up by the 10th day to get to them by the 14th day which is absurd. Especially when it was a communication issue on there end”
