“CETTIRE tried to refuse a return of my item, claiming that the tag was removed & the item was dirty when in fact I returned the item in the exact condition it was shipped. I googled reviews for them and sure enough this is a scam they try to pull quite frequently. BUYER BEWARE! I thought their site seemed too good to be true and it seems like they have some truly sketchy practices they use to scam customers. So sad and pathetic.”

I received my order on 13/04 and immediately decided return them back due to size issue. 10 times i tried to create return label with no result, I wrote several emails and chats support. No one answer. I received the answer 25/04 at 05.00 am with information that returning period is expired. Returns are wildly unreasonable. They take all the tax, duties, return fees, and $25 on top of that per item.
In contrast, ssense has free shipping and free returns on orders over $100. This place is trash in comparison.”

This past Monday I tried placing an order for the second time.
I've tried twice to place an
order.. days go by with no update on
the orders then I email and I get the
same response.
"We tried reaching
you. Our fraud team flagged your

right after I placed the order the
second time and said please let me
know if there is any missed info or
anything I need to clarify so that
didn't happen again. Crickets. I email
them AGAIN three days later then get
that same generic response.
What is it that isn’t valid? Why don’t you give me the opportunity to clarify something if there is an issue?
There is no number to reach the company nor is there any form of live chat. After having some sneaking suspicions of my own I took to google and it appears the company has a 1 star rating average in customer service as well as endless reviews suggesting theyre a false claims company. I also noticed on their instagram that under their posts it says they have multiple comments, but when you click on them they’ve all been deleted.”
“The worst experience in my life. Took them eons to ship my order and it wasn’t even right. Went through hell trying to return the wrong item. No refunds. Called my card and made dispute after which they contacted saying the item I sent back is soaked in perfume. So after being charged $500 all I got from them was wrong shirt and harassment. I am sooo furious with those scammers. Thank god my dispute was in my favor. Don’t let them get away with it. Place a dispute fight for your money!”

“I will join the many negative reviews on this site. I bought a shirt from Cettire, and used their own published sizing guide to determine the size to order. When it came the guide was off by 5 inches in the chest and the shirt was much too big. I didn't want to pay their $25 return fee given it was their error that led to my dissatisfaction so I wrote their customer service. They didn't reply after many emails. Then finally I heard from them. They claimed to have sent emails to me but either they went to spam or I never received them. They refused to accept the return because it was outside of their 14 day return period. I appealed and they continued to refuse a return on a $325 shirt I can't wear. They are not inside the US so there are no laws or safeguards. Just buy somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle or expense.”

You give them good business, buying $700 hoodies and they don't even list the gender of certain items on Google Chrome on Android, then don't take responsibility for it and cash in on restocking fees when you inevitably have to return it. I emailed support and corporate and no help. It's so disappointing that there are companies like this out there who steal your money and have no sense of responsibility/ethics.”
