They charge you customs duties and when you return the item, the duties are not refundable!
Such a joke! Such a fraud!
Usually, the buyer in the US pays customs once being billed.
I always pay customs duties when buying from Europe once being billed.
I was also waiting for the refund for 3 weeks after they had received the jacket back.

“They sent me the wrong shoe and then when I returned it they charged a restocking fee. When I questioned this they kept saying they would review it and did not refund the money from the return of them sending me the wrong shoe. They have good items but I will not use them again.”

If I could give a negative review I would. This website is a complete scam. They shipped me the wrong color Prada shoes. When I kindly emailed them I’d like correct shoes they quickly replied that they don’t have them anymore in the color advertised (they are still advertising the wrong color). After a week without responding they finally issued me a shipping label.
Over 1 week Later I followed up to see where my return was finally they responded that since the show box had the wrong lid they would not issue me a credit.
Again it took them 2 weeks to respond to my request to return. They are also still advertising the wrong shoe on their website!!
Every response takes days and they don’t have a customer service number.
Do not buy from them!!!”
“They sent me two wrong size pair of sandals. Returned it and it took for more than a month to get my refund. What’s worse is the have deductions that’s not even stated where it come from. Their customer service takes so long to reply.”

The item I received was too large and to swap the size they want to charge me $100AUD to return, refund and start a new order. I am horrified by the “policies” this company hides behind to cover themselves and earn money dishonestly. “I saw a new Givenchy bag in a very tempting price so I decided to buy it. It was approved. I sent an e.mail when I am going to receive it since I am going to be traveling soon. They said that my transaction was fraudulent. Never happened to me before. I have bought in Farfetch and also in stores of LV around Italy and Spain. I contacted my credit card company and they said that there was no problem with this transaction. Despite my order being cancelled, this sum of money was not released. I have never encountered such ridiculous situation my entire life. I travel on a regular basis and use my international Visa freely and without complications. If you go over other reviews , it happened to other people in the past. Their prices are tempting but it is nothing but smoke and mirror. Stay away at all cost. The worst shopping experience ever.”
“My 10th Cettire order was never fullfilled, never cancelled and never refunded, it’s been over four weeks and customer service has replied by lying and saying the order is cancelled and the refund in a cue for two weeks now. “A joke of a company. I received shoes a week later then the original delivery date and I requested a return 2 days after receiving the shoes. I followed up almost 5 times for the label. Their customer service team finally responded 1.5 weeks later saying it’s past the return period now and next time I shouldn’t send multiple follow up emails because it sends me to the back of the “queue”. So I guess it’s the customers fault if their customer service team does not respond at all. Now I have my credit card company involved. They also do not have a phone number so you have no option but to wait weeks to hear from them via email. Do not do business with them.”

You can see why they turn their comments off on social media due to the seemingly thousands of people who have either received a fake product or lost all their money through Cettire either simply not refunding them or deducting fake fees until the refund was pointless. “Horrible website - please don’t use even if the sale prices are tempting. I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me them in the wrong color - I contacted customer service multiple times and have yet to receive any response from them after they asked me to send photos of the shoes. I have emailed multiple times since then yet again with no response. Knowing that they had a very strict time policy for returning things, I decided to just go ahead and return them right away after getting no response from customer service. They received the shoes and still want me to pay the high restocking price for returns when it was their fault they sent me the incorrect shoes. I will file a chargeback with my company after speaking to them and finding out that they cannot legally cannot do that. surprisingly the woman on the phone with my CC company said she just had another call about this company engaging in similar behavior with another person - shocking behavior from a so called “luxury” fashion website.”

“Cettire is running a scam.
They are systematically sending the most expensive product in the wrong size or color, or sometimes the product is simply used. Then they request that their customer will send it back to one of their drop-shippers, some weeks later said customer receives a generic reply of how their “warehouse has determined that the merchandise has been used by said customer.”, then proceed to ignore the customer.
Cettire’s policy states that customers have 14 day return an item. But their app, or website do not provide any guidance to where or how to do that.
They also have the audacity to charge a restocking fee and the customer has to pay for the shipment.
The funny thing is, they take weeks to reply to a support email, which by that time, the customer surpassed the 14 grace period.
Cettire’s social media is the cherry on top. They are blocking, and hiding comments from frustrated customers who have never received their shipment, or returned a product and never received their refund, and forget an email reply.
You should avoid ordering from this business at all cost. Report them to BBB.”
